Claims (9)

  1. (A) 후기하는 그리고 양이온 또는 음이온 관능기를 갖고있는 가교제, (D)와 반응할 수 있는 관능기를 갖는 필름형성 중합체, (B) 중합체(A)를 용해시킨 휘발성 유기 희석액, (C) 필름형성중합체(A)와 희석액(B)의 조합물에 불용성이며 안정된 분산상태에서 지속되는 상기 필름 형성중합체(A)의 전하와 상반되는 전하를 갖는 음이온 또는 양이온 관능기를 지니는 가교 중합체 미립자, 및 (D) 희석액(B)에 용해된 가교제로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필름형성 중합체(A)와 가교중합체 미립자(C)의 중량비는 50:50내지 99.5:0.5, (A)+(C)와 가교제 (D)의 중량비는 100:5 내지 100:100, 그리고 (A)+(C)+(D)와 유기희석액(B)의 중량비는 100:10 내지 100:200 인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 필픔형성중합체가 히드록실기와 카르복실 또는 아미노기를 갖는 아크릴 수지 또는 알킬드수지로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 휘발성 유기 희석액이 지방족 탄화수소, 방향족 탄화수소, 에스테르, 케톤, 알코올 및 그의 조합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 가교제가 아미노수지 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체미립자(C)가 카르복실기, 술폰기 또는 인산기로부터 선택된 음이온관능기, 또는 아미노기 또는 암모늄기로부터 선택된 양이온기를 갖는 가교 공중합체 미립자인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 미립자(C)는 제일 단량체가 음이온 또는 양이온 관능기를갖는 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화화합물이며, 제이 단량체는 분자내에서 둘 또는 그 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화결합을 갖는 다가단량체 또는 상호반응 관능기를 각각 갖는 두개의 에틸렌계 불포화 화합물의 조합물이며, 및 제삼구성물은 장기 제일 및 제이 단량체이외의 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 단량체인 적어도 3개의 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 분산제 존재하에 수성 또는 유기매재에서 공중합하여 얻은 가교 중합체 미립자이며 평균직경이 0.01 내지 40μ인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 분산제가 분자내에서 다음의 양성이온기를 갖는 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
    식중 R은 1내지 6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 치환 또는 비치환 알킬렌 및 페닐렌으로부터 선택된 구성원이며 Y는 -COOH 또는 -SO3H이다.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 또는 비금속안료를 다시 함유하는 조성물.
