Claims (3)

  1. 이하에 상술된 (A) 내지 (D) 를 주요성분으로 하여 이루어졌으며, 중합체입자 에멀션(A)의 수용성 크롬화합물(C)에 대한 고체의 중량비는 10:1 내지 1:5이고, 금속산화물 미립자(D)의 수용성 크롬화합물(C)에 대한 중량비는 5:1 내지 1:10이며, 조성물의 pH는 1 내지 3인 피복형, 크롬산염 전환 피복조성물, (A)다음 (i), (ⅱ), (ⅲ)으로부터 채택된 적어도 하나의 보호 콜로이드의 존재하에, 적어도 하나의 α, β-에틸렌계 불포화단량체의 에멀션 중합에 의하여 제조된, 평균직경이 0.1 내지 3㎛이고 글래스 전이점이 15℃ 내지 110℃인 가교 결합된 중합체 입자 또는 중합체 입자의 수성 에멀션의 고체로서 5 내지 500gl/, (i) 평균분자량이 5,000 내지 300,000인 폴리아크릴산, ⅱ)아클리산과, 메타크릴산, 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드 및 다음식으로 표현되는 친수성 단량체중 적어도 하나의 다른 단량체의 아크릴성 공중합체로서 평균분자량이 5000 내지 300,000인 것 :(식중 A는 수소원자 또는 메틸리 ; R은 치환 또는 비치환된 C2내지 C4알킬렌 ; X는 산소, 인 및 황원자중 적어도 하나를 지닌 작용기) ⅲ)적어도 하나의 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화단량체로부터 유도된 올리고머로서 친수성기를 지니고 평균분자량이 500∼10,000이며 에멀션 중합에 사용된 상기 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 단량체의 상기 보호 콜로이드에 대한 중량비가 고체로서 100:5 내지 100:100인것,
    (B)평균분자량이 5,000 내지 300,000인 폴리아크릴산 및/또는 아크릴산과 메타크릴산, 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드 및 다음식으로 표현되는 친수성 단량체중 적어도 하나의 다른 단량체으 아크릴성 공중합체의 고체로서 2 내지 250g/l이며, 만일 존재한다면 상기 중합체 입자의 제조에 보호 콜로이드로서 사용되는 폴리아클리산 및/또는 아크릴성 공중합체의 양을 포함 :(식중 A,R 및 X는 위와 같이 정의되며 평균분자량이 500 내지 300,000이다) :
    (C)수용성 크롬 화합물의 Cr로서 5 내지 500g/l로서 총 크롬의 30 내지 50중량%가 3가 크롬으로 함유되어 있는 것, 및 (D)MnO,TiO2,Fe2O3,Fe3O4,Cr2O3,Al2O3,ZnO,PbO2및 Cuo로 부터 채택된 평균직경 0.1 내지 20㎛인 금속산화물의 소입자 5 내지 100g/l.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합체 입자의 수성에멀션이 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 단량체의 일부로서 그 분자내에 적어도 2개의 라디칼성 중합가능한 에틸렌계 불포화 결합을 지니고 있는 단량체를 사용하여 제조된, 평균직경이 0.1 내지 3㎛인 가교결합된 아크릴수지입자를 함유하는 에멀션인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 종합체입자의 수성에멀션이 평균직경이 0.1 내지 3㎛인 아크릴수지입자를 함유하는 에멀션이고, 상기 아크릴수지의 글래스전이점이 15 내지 110℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
