Claims (8)

(A) 산기를 갖는 에틸렌계 단량체, 히드록실기를 갖는 에틸렌계 단랑체 및 이와 공중합성인 또 다른 에틸렌계 단량체를 공중합하여 제조되는 산가 5∼100, 히드록실가 20∼100, 용해도 파라미터(δsp) 9.0∼13.0이고 수평균 분자량 3,000∼50,000인 비닐 공중합체 94∼30중량부, (B) 성분(A)와 반응성인 교차결합 성분 5∼40중량부, 그리고, (C) 용해도 파라미터 7.5∼13.0인 유기용매로 팽윤된 평균 입자 크기 0.01∼10μ인 팽윤된 수지 입자 1∼30중량부를 함유하는 수지 조성물(Ⅰ)로 만들어진 수성 메탈릭 도료를 하도 또는 중도가 제공되어져 있는 기질상에 피복하고; 상기 수성 메탈릭 도막을 경화시키지 않고 그 위에; (D) 히드록실기를 갖는 에틸렌계 단량체를 공중합하여 제조되는, 히드록실가 20∼100이며 상기 공중합체(A)와 (D)사이의 용해도 파라미터의 차이의 절대치가 0.3이상인 공중합체 95∼60중량부; 그리고 (E) 성분(D)와 반응성인 교차결합성분 5∼40중량부를 함유하는 수지조성물(Ⅱ)로 만들어진 열경화성 클리어 도료를 피복하는 것으로 이루어진 도장법.(A) an acid value of 5 to 100, a hydroxyl value of 20 to 100, a solubility parameter (δsp) prepared by copolymerizing an ethylene monomer having an acid group, an ethylene monomer having a hydroxyl group, and another copolymerizable ethylene monomer. 94 to 30 parts by weight of a vinyl copolymer having a number average molecular weight of 3,000 to 50,000 and 9.0 to 13.0, 5 to 40 parts by weight of a crosslinking component reactive with component (A), and (C) a solubility parameter of 7.5 to 13.0.
