Claims (26)
- 모노리틱 지지체 및 촉매 성분으로서 이 지지체 상에 존재하는 적어도 1종의 백금족 원소, 활성 알루미나, 산화세륨, 바륨 화합물 및 지르코늄 화합물로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모노리틱 지지체가 벌집구조형 또는 3차원 망상 구조임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 모노리틱 지지체가 코오디어라이트로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 모노리틱 지지체가 내화금속으로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백금족 원소가 백금 및 로듐으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백금의 중량이 최종 촉매 1리터 당 0.1-10g임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로듐의 중량이 최종 촉매 1리터 당 0.02-2g임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활성 알루미나의 중량이 최종 촉매 1리터 당 30-200g임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화세륨의 최종 촉매 1리터 당 10-150g임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바륨 화합물이 수산화바륨, 산화바륨 및 탄산바륨 단독으로 구성되거나 또는 이들의 조합으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바륨 화합물의 중량이 최종 촉매 1리터 당 산화바륨으로 계산해서 0.1-20g임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지르코늄 화합물이 산화지르코늄임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지르코늄 화합물의 중량이 최종 촉매 1리터 당 0.1-30g임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 모노리틱 지지체 상에 촉매 성분으로서 적어도 1종의 백금족 원소, 활성 알루미나, 산화세륨, 바륨 화합물 및 지르코늄 화합물을 함유하는 슬러리를 침착시키고, 촉매성분이 침착된 상기 지지체를 하소시킴으로써 배기가스 정화용 촉매를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 백금족 원소를 함유하는 활성 알루미나를 제조하는 단계, (b) 백금족 원소, 활성 알루미나, 산화세륨, 바륨 화합물 및 지르코늄 화합물을 함유하는 슬러리를 제조하는 단계, 및 (c) 상기 슬러리를 모노리틱 지지체 상에 침착시키고, 이어서 하소시키는 단계로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 모노리틱 지지체가 벌집구조형 또는 3차원 망상 구조임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 모노리틱 지지체가 코오디어라이트로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 모노리틱 지지체가 내화 금속으로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 백금족 원소가 백금 및 로듐으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 백금의 중량이 최종 촉매 1리터 당 0.1-10g임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 로듐의 중량이 최종 촉매 1리터 당 0.02-2g임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 활성 알루미나의 중량이 최종 촉매 1리터 당 30-200g임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
