Claims (14)
- 원자번호 22 내지 29인 금속 하나 이상을 함유하는 코팅물 및 이 코팅물 상에 가한 알루미늄 박층을 갖는 유리를 제공하고, 이 코팅유리를 유리의 연화점보다 높은 온도로 가열하는 굴곡(bending) 및/또는 강화(foughening) 사이클에 도입시킴을 특징으로 하여, 굴곡(bent) 및/또는 강화 코팅유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅물이 일조조절(Solar Control)코팅물인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 코팅물이 원자번호 22 내지 28인 금속 하나 이상을 함유하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 일조조절 코팅물이 스테인레스스틸 층을 함유하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 일조조절 코잉물이 질화티탄 층을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 코팅물이 구리인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅물이 크롬, 크롬니켈 합금, 스테인레스 스틸 또는 티탄으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 코팅물이, 코팅유리의 광투과율이 1% 미만인 거울 코팅물인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 알루미늄을 층의 두께가 10 내지 40nm에 상당하는 양으로 코팅물에 가하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 알루미늄을 알루미늄 층의 두께가 15nm이상에 상당하는 양으로 코팅물에 가하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 알루미늄을 알루미늄 층의 두께가 35nm이하에 상당하는 양으로 코팅물에 가하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 알루미늄을 알루미늄 층의 두께가 10 내지 20nm에 상당하는 양으로 코팅물에 가하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 코팅 유리기질이 소다석회 실리카 유리이며, 코팅유리를 570 내지 620℃의 온도에서 대기중 가열하고 목적하는 굴곡도의 주형에서 굽히며 곡면유리를 서냉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 코팅유리 기질이 소다석회 실리카 유리이며, 코팅유리를 600 내지 670℃의 온도에서 대기중 가열하고 임의로 굽히고 급냉시켜 강화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
