Claims (1)
- 논리 동작을 수행하며 서로 직렬로 MESFET G1과 G2가 연결되어 있는 로직단인 회로부 A와, 전체전압 레벨을 쉬프트 하며 서로 직렬로 연결되어 있는 MESFET G3와 다이오드 D3 및 한측이 다이오드 D3와 직렬로 연결되어 있는 타측이 공급전원 Vdd와 직렬로 연결되어 있는 G4와 함께 구성되어 있는 전압레벨 쉬프터/구동단인 회로부 B와, 회로부 A에서 MESFET G1의 드레인과 G2의 소오스간의 결점과 다이오드 D3의 한측과 MESFET G1의 드레인간의 결점 사이에 있는 쇼트키 다이오드 D1과, 공급 전원 Vdd와 MESFET G4의 드레인 사이에 있는 쇼트키 다이오드로 구성되어 잇는 인버터※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
