Claims (20)
- 폴리페닐렌 에테르를 적어도 하나의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 중합가능 올레핀계 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 작용성화 폴리페닐렌 에테르를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 저급 알킬이고, R2는 수소 또는 거의 불활성인 치환체이며, Z는 가수분해시켜 제거할 수 없는 적어도 하나의 인 또는 실리콘원자 또는 적어도 하나의 에폭시 또는 락탐 그룹을 함유하는 반응성 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 에테르가 다수의 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 구조적 단위로 이루어지는 방법.상기 일반식의 각각의 단위에서 독립적으로, Q1은 각각 독립적으로 할로겐, 1급 또는 2급 저급 알킬, 페닐, 할로알킬, 아미노알킬, 하이드로카본옥시, 또는 적어도 2개의 탄소원자가 할로겐 및 산소원자를 분리하는 할로하이드로카본옥시이며: Q2는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 1급 또는 2급 저급 알킬, 페닐 할로알킬, 하이드로카본옥시 또는 Q1에 대해 정의한 바와같은 할로하이드로카본옥시이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 에테르가 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌 에테르)인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, R1이 수소 또는 메틸이며, R2가 수소인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 올레핀계 화합물이 적어도 하나의 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트, 글리시딜 아크릴레이트, 글리시딜 에틸 말레에이트, 글리시딜 에틸 푸마레이트, 알릴 글리시딜에테르, N-비닐카프로락탐, 비닐트리메톡시실란, 비닐트리스(2-메톡시 에톡시)실란, 디에틸비닐포스포네이트 또는 디-(2-클로로 에틸)비닐포스포네이트이며, 반응을 유리 라디칼 개시제의 존재하에 약 100내지 350℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항의 방법으로 제조한 작용성화 폴리페닐렌 에테르.
- 제3항의 방법으로 제조한 작용성화 폴리페닐렌 에테르.
- 제5항의 방법으로 제조한 작용성화 폴리페닐렌 에테르.
- 적어도 하나의 하기 일반식(Ⅶ)의 잔기를 함유하는 폴리페닐렌 에테르로 이루어진 조성물.상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 저급 알킬이고, R2는 수소 또는 거의 불활성인 치환체이며, Z는 가수분해에 의해 제거할 수 없는 적어도 하나의 인 또는 실리콘원자 또는 적어도 하나의 에폭시 또는 락탐 그룹을 함유하는 반응성 그룹이며, M은 적어도 1이다.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 에테르가 다수의 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 구조적 단위로 이루어지는 방법.상기 일반식의 각각의 단위에서 독립적으로, Q1은 각각 독립적으로 할로겐, 1급 또는 2급 저급 알킬, 페닐, 할로알킬, 아미노알킬, 하이드로카본옥시, 또는 적어도 2개의 탄소원자가 할로겐 및 산소원자를 분리하는 할로하이드로카본옥시이며: Q2는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 1급 또는 2급 저급 알킬, 페닐, 할로알킬, 하이드로카본옥시 또는 Q1에 대해 정의한 바와 같은 할로하이드로 카본옥시이다.
- 제10항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 에테르가 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌 에테르)인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, R1이 수소 또는 메틸이고, R2가 수소인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, Z가 포스폰산, 포스폰산 에스테르, 실릴, 실록산, 글리시딜 또는 ε-카프로락탐 그룹을 함유하는 조성물.
- 적어도 하나의 폴레페닐렌 에테르 및 적어도 하나의 폴리아미드로 이루어지며, 상기 폴리페닐렌 에테르의 적어도 한 분획이 제6항에 따른 작용성화 폴리페닐렌 에테르인 수지 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 나일론-6 또는 나일론-66이며, 폴리페닐렌 에테르가 다수의 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 구조적 단위로 이루어지는 조성물.상기 일반식의 각각의 단위에서 독립적으로, Q1은 각각 독립적으로 할로겐, 1급 또는 2급 저급 알킬, 페닐, 할로알킬, 아미노알킬, 하이드로카본옥시, 또는 적어도 2개의 탄소원자가 할로겐 및 산소원자를 분리하는 할로하이드로카본옥시이며: Q2는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 1급 또는 2급 저급 알킬, 페닐, 할로알킬, 하이드로카본옥시 또는 Q1에 대해 정의한 바와 같은 할로하이드로 카본옥시이다.
- 제15항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 에테르가 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌 에테르)이고, 또한 충격 개질제를 수지 성분의 약 4내지 25중량%의 양으로 함유하는 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 충격 재질용 수지가 스티렌과 공액 디엔과의 디블록(diblick)공중합체 또는 스티렌말단블록 및 공액 미드블록(midblock)을 트리블록(triblock)공중합체이며, 폴리페닐렌 에테르 100중량부당 약 50중량부 이하의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 디엔블록이 선택적으로 수소화된 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 나일론-66인 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 올레핀계 화합물이 적어도 하나의 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트, 글리시딜 아크릴레이트, 글리시딜 에틸말레에이트, 글리시딜 에틸 푸마레이트 및 알릴 글리시딜 에테르인 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
