Claims (8)

  1. 0.3~1.8cc/g범위의 세공용적을 갖는 산화규소 담체상에서 크로미아로서 20~90중량%의 양으로 크롬을 담지시켜 얻은 산화크롬 촉매 존재하에 산화시키고 450~700℃온도에서 가열처리를 행하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분자 산소에 의한 염화수소산화에 따른 염소의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화 크롬 촉매가 무수크롬 또는 크롬염의 수용액을 산화규소 담체와 접촉시키고 계속적으로 그 결과 담체를 건조 및 가열처리시켜 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산화 온도가 350~430℃이고, 염화수소에 대한 산소 함유 가스중의 분자 산소의 몰비는 0.25~5이고, 염화수소의 공급량이 시간당 200~180Nℓ/㎏촉매이고, 반응 종류가 유동층 반응임을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 산화규소 담체의 표면적이 100~600㎡/g임을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 산화규소 담체의 평균 세공직경이 20~300Å임을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 산화규소 담체가 0.5중량%이하의 나트륨과 0.5중량%이하의 철을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 산화규소 담체가 크로미아를 담지시키기 전에 300~500℃온도에서 가열처리됨을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 산화크롬 촉매의 미세결정 크기가 200~500Å임을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
