Claims (16)

  1. 저분자량 중합체의 함량이 3중량% 이하, 미반응 비스페놀류의 함량이 20ppm이하, 염화메틸렌의 함량이 20ppm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 기판용 폴리카보네이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 저분자량 중하체의 함량이 2중량% 이하, 미반응 비스페놀류의 함량이 10ppm 이하, 염화메틸렌의 함량이 15ppm 이하인 디스크 기판용 폴리카보네이트.
  3. 불순물을 함유하는 분말상의 폴리카보네이트를 케톤류를 사용하여 40℃ 이상∼케톤의 비등점 이하의 온도에서 추출 처리하는 것으로 이루어지는, 저분자량 중합체의 함량이 3중량% 이하, 미반응 비스페놀류의 함량이 20ppm 이하, 염화메틸렌의 함량이 20ppm 이하인 디스크 기판용 폴리카보네이트의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 추출 처리하여 얻어진 폴리카보네이트가, 저분자량 중합체의 함량이 2량중% 이하, 미반응 비스페놀류의 함량이 10ppm 이하, 염화메틸렌의 함량이 15ppm 이하인 디스크 기판용 폴리카보네이트의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 케톤류가 아세톤 또는 메틸에틸케톤인 디스크 기판용 폴리카보네이트의 제조방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 불순물을 함유하는 분말상의 폴리카보네이가, 비스페놀 화합물과 포스겐을 원료로 하고, 염화메틸렌을 용매로 하는 연속 계면 중축합에 의하여 얻어지는 것인 디스크 기판용 폴리카보네이트의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 불순물 함유 분말상 폴리카보네이트가, 저분자량 중합체의 함량이 4-8중량%, 미반응 비스페놀류의 함량이 70-150ppm, 염화메틸렌의 함량이 50-150ppm인 디스크 기판용 폴리카보네이트의 제조방법.
  8. 고체액체 접촉영역 및 고체액체 분리 메카니즘, 그리고 건조 메카니즘을 갖고 있는 처리 용기내에, 불순물을 함유하는 분말상의 폴리카보네이트와 유기용매를 넣고, 상기의 처리용기 내에서 상기의 불순물을 함유하는 분말상의 폴리카보네이트와 유기용매를 서로 접촉시킨 다음, 상기의 처리된 분말상의 폴리카보네이트를 유기용매로부터 분리하고, 그 다음, 얻어진 분말상의 폴리카보네이트를 건조시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 저분자량 중합체의 함량이 3중량% 이하, 미반응 미스페놀류의 함량이 20ppm 이하, 염화메틸렌의 함량이 20ppm 이하인 디스크 기판용 폴리카보네이트의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 얻어진 폴리카보네이트가, 저분자량 중합체의 함량이 2중량% 이하, 미반응 비스페놀류의 함량이 10ppm 이하, 염화메틸렌의 함량이 15ppm 이하인 디스크 기판용 폴리카보네이트의 제조방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 고체액체 분리 메카니즘이 여과판인 디스크 기판용 폴리카보네이트의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 여과판이 처리용기의 바닥 부근에 설치된 디스크 기판용 폴리카보네이트의 제조방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 건조 메카니즘이 유기용매로부터 분리된 분말상의 폴리카보네이트를 가열하는 수단인 디스크 기판용 폴리카보네이트의 제조방법.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 불순물을 함유하는 분말상의 폴리카보네이트와 유기용매를 교반수단에 의하여 교반하여 서로를 접촉시켜서, 불순물을 유기용매중으로 추출하는 디스크 기판용 포리카보네이트의 제조방법.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, 유기용매가 아세톤과 메틸에틸케톤으로부터 선택되는 케톤류인 디스크 기판용 폴리카보네이트의 제조방법.
  15. 저분자량 중합체의 함량이 3중량% 이하, 미반응 비스페놀의 함량이 20ppm 이하, 염화메틸렌의 함량이 20ppm 이하인 폴리카보네이트로 제조된 디스크 기판.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 저분자량 중합체의 함량이 2중량% 이하, 미반응 비스페놀류의 함량이 10ppm 이하, 염화메틸렌의 함량이 15ppm 이하인 폴리카보네이트로 제조된 디스크 기판.
