Claims (21)

  1. a) 판지기판;
    b) 전술한 판지기판의 전술한 외측표면에 피복된 열밀봉 가능한 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 얇은 바깥층.
    c) 에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체층 그리고
    d) 저밀도 폴리에틸렌층으로 된 열밀봉 가능한 층을 포함하는 사실을 특징으로 하는 적층물로 구성되고 필수오일과/또는 향미를 포함하는 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    a) 판지기판,
    b) 전술한 판기기판의 전술한 바깥표면에 피복된 열밀봉 가능한 저밀도 폴레에틸렌 고분자의 얇은 0.8mil 두께의 바깥층.
    c) 전술한 판지기판의 전술한 내측표면에 공압출된 열밀봉 가능한 에틸렌비닐알코올 공중합체의 내측 얇은 결합층과 0.2 내지 0.7 mil 두께의 층 그리고
    d) 전술한 결합물질-에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체층의 바깥표면에 피복된 열-밀봉가능한 저밀도 폴에에틸렌 고분자의 얇은 0.7mil 두께의 층, 여기서 전술한 적층물은 통상적인 장치에서 250℉-500℉ 범위의 온도에서 열밀봉 가능함을 포함하는 사실을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 전술한 적층물의 바깥층이나 코로나 처리하여 전술한 인쇄성을 증대시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 전술한 바깥층을 화염 처리하여 전술한 적층물의 인쇄성을 증대시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 전술한 열-밀봉 가능한 에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체의 전술한 내부층의 전술한 표면을 코로나 배출 처리하여 전술한 얇은 열밀봉 가능한 LDPE 층의 접착성을 증대시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 전술한 열밀봉 가능한 에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체의 전술한 내부층의 전술한 표면을 화염처리하여 전술한 열-밀봉 가능한 LDPE층의 접착성을 증대시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    a) 판지기판,
    b) 전술한 판지기판의 전술한 바깥표면에 피복된 열-밀봉 가능한 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 얇은 0.8mil 두께의 바깥층.
    c) 전술한 판지가판의 전술한 내측표면에 피복된 에틸렌 아크릴산의 내측 결합층.
    d) 전술한 결합층에 피복된 0.2 내지 0.7mil 두께의 에틸렌비닐알코올 공중합체층,
    e) 전술한 EVOH층의 전술한 바깥표면에 피복된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 얇은 0.7mil 두께의 열-밀봉가능한 층을 포함하는 사실을 특징으로 하는 용기,
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 전술한 바깥층을 코로나 방전처리를 하여 전술한 적층물의 프린트성을 증대시키는 사실을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 전술한 바깥층을 화염처리하여 전술한 적층물의 프린트성을 증대시키는 사실을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체의 전술한 내부층을 코로나 방전처리하여 전술한 후속적 열-밀봉 가능한 LDPE 피복의 접착성을 증대시키는 사실을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체의 전술한 내부층을 화염처리하여 전술한 후속적 열-밀봉 가능한 LDPE 피복의 접착성을 증대시키는 사실을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  12. 제1항에 있어서,
    a) 판지기판,
    b) 전술한 판지기판의 전술한 바깥표면에 피복된 열-밀봉 가능한 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 21b 바깥층,
    c) 전술한 판지기판 전술한 내측표면에 공압출된 4.5lb 결합층, 4.0lb 열-밀봉가능한 에틸렌 비닐 알코올 공중합체층 그리고 4.5lb 결합층을 포함하는 내측 샌드위치층; 그리고
    d) 결합층-에틸렌 비닐알코올을 공중합체층-결합층의 전술한 내측 샌드위치층의 전술한 바깥표면에 공압출된 10lb 열-밀봉 가능한 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 제품-접촉층, 여기서 전술한 적층물은 통상적인 장치에서 250℉-500℉ 범위의 온도에서 열밀봉 가능함을 포함하는 사실을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 전술한 바깥층을 코로나 방전처리하여 전술한 적층물의 프린트성을 증대시키는 사실을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 전술한 바깥층을 화염처리하여 전술한 적층물의 프린트성을 증대시키는 사실을 특징으로 하는 용기,
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 전술한 결합층이 Plexar형태의 결합물질인 사실을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  16. a) 판지기판의 두면을 화염처리하고;
    b) 전술한 판지의 전술한 바깥표면에 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 12lb 바깥층을 압출피복하고;
    c) 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 전술한 바깥층을 코로나 방전 처리하고;
    d) 피복된 판지 웨브를 가볍게 털고;
    e) 전술한 판지의 피복않은 표면에 4.5lb 결합층. 4.0lb 에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체층 및 4.5lb 결합층을 포함하는 내측 샌드위치를 공압출하고; 그리고
    f) 결합층-에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체층-결합층의 전술한 표면에 10lb 열-밀봉가능한 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 공중합체층을 압출하는 단계를 포함하는 사실을 특징으로 하며, 제12항에 따른 필수오일 및/또는 향미의 유주에 대해서 향상된 저항을 가지는 용기를 형성하는 방법.
  17. a) 판지기판의 두면을 화염처리하고;
    b) 전술한 판지의 전술한 바깥표면에 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 12lb 바깥층을 압출피복하고;
    c) 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 전술한 바깥층을 화염처리하고;
    d) 피복된 판지기판을 가볍게 털고;
    e) 전술한 판지의 전술한 내측 표면에 4.5lb 결합층 4.0lb 에틸렌 비닐앝코올 공중합체층 및 4.5lb 결합층을 하는 내부샌드위치를 공압출하고; 그리고
    f) 결합층-에틸렌비닐알코올 공중합체층-결합층의 전술한 내부 샌드위치에 10lb 열-밀봉 가능한 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자층을 압출하는 단계를 포함하는 사실을 특징으로 하며, 제12항에 따른 필수오일 및/또는 향미의 유주에 대해 향상된 저항을 가지는 용기의 형성방법.
  18. a) 판지기판의 두면을 화염처리하고;
    b) 전술한 판지의 전술한 바깥표면에 저밀도 폴리 에틸렌 고분자의 얇은 0.8mil두께의 바깥층을 압출피복하고;
    c) 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 전술한 바깥층을 코로나 방전 처리하괴;
    d) 피복된 판지기판을 가볍게 털고;
    e) 전술한 판지의 전술한 피복않은 내측표면이 에틸렌 비닐 알코올 공중합체의 0.2 내지 0.7mil 두께 내부 층과 결합층을 공압출하고;
    f) 결합물질-에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체의 전술한 내부층을 코로나 방전처리하고; 그리고
    g) 결합물질-에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체 고분자의 전술한 내부층의 전술한 표면에 열-밀봉가능한 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 얇은 0.7mil 두께층을 압출피복하는 단계를 포함하는 사실을 특징으로 하며, 제2항에 따른 필수오일 및/또는 향미의 유주에 대해 향상된 저항을 가지는 용기의 형성방법.
  19. a) 판지기판의 두면을 화염처리하고;
    b) 전술한 판지의 전술한 바깥표면에 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 얇은 0.8mil두께의 바깥층을 압출피복하고;
    c) 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 전술한 바깥층을 화염처리하고;
    d) 피복한 판지기판을 가볍게 털고;
    e) 전술한 판지의 전술한 피복안한 내측 표면에 에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체의 0.2 내지 0.7mil 두께의 내부층과 결합층을 공압출하고;
    f) 에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체의 전술한 내부층을 화염처리하고; 그리고
    g) 결합물질-에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체 층의 전술한 내부층의 전술한 표면에 열-밀봉가능한 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 0.7mil 두께층을 압출피복하는 단계를 포함하는 사실을 특징으로 하며, 제2항에 따른 필수오일 및 /또는 향미의 유주에 대해 향상된 저항을 가지는 용기의 형성방법.
  20. a) 판지기판의 두면을 화염처리하고;
    b) 전술한 판지의 전술한 바깥표면에 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 얇은 0.8mil 두께의 바깥층을 압출피복하고;
    c) 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 전술한 바깥층을 코로나 방전처리하고;
    d) 피복한 판지기판을 가볍게 털고;
    e) 전술한 판지의 전술한 피복않은 내측표면에 에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체의 0.7 내지 0.7mil 두께의 내측을 압출피복하고;
    f) 에틸렌 비닐 알코올 공중합체의 전술한 내부층을 코로나 방전 처리하고; 그리고
    g) 에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체의 전술한 내부층의 전술한 표면에 열-밀봉가능한 저밀도 폴리 에틸렌 고분자의 얇은 0.7mil 두께층을 압출 피복하는 단계를 포함하는 사실을 특징으로 하며, 제7항에 따른 필수오일 및/또는 향미의 유주에 대해 향상된 저항을 가지는 용기의 형성방법.
  21. a) 판지기판의 두면을 화염처리하고;
    b) 전술한 판지의 전술한 바깥표면에 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 얇은 0.8mil 두께의 바깥층을 압출피복하고;
    c) 저밀도 폴로에틸렌 고분자의 전술한 바깥층을 화염처리하고;
    d) 피복한 판지기판을 가볍게 털고;
    e) 전술한 판지의 전술한 피복않은 내측표면에 에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체의 0.2 내지 0.7mil 두께의 내부층을 압출피복하고;
    f) 에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체의 전술한 내부층을 화염처리하고; 그리고
    g) 에틸렌 비닐알코올 공중합체의 전술한 내부층의 전술한 표면에 열-밀봉가능한 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고분자의 얇은 0.7mil 두께층을 압출피복하는 단계를 포함하는 사실을 특징으로 하며, 제7항에 따른 필수오일 및/ 또는 향미의 유주에 대한 향상된 저항을 가지는 용기의 형성방법.
