Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un recipiente que tiene resistencia mejorada a la migración de aceites esenciales y sabores y a la pérdida de vitamina C de jugos cítricos, dicho recipiente tiene una superficie interior y una superficie exterior y se construye a partir de un laminado que comprende: a) un substrato de cartón que tiene una superficie interior y una exterior, la superficie interior estando más cercana al interior del recipiente que la superficie exterior, b) en donde una capa de un polímero de polietileno de baja densidad se provee sobre la superficie exterior del recipiente, sobre el substrato de cartón, y capas de copolímero de etileno-alcohol vinílico y polietileno de baja densidad se proveen en la superficie interior del recipiente, caracterizado el recipiente por el hecho de que su superficie interior consiste de: c) una capa de emparedado coextruida que comprende una capa de unión de 2.038Kg (4.5 lb.). una capa de copolímero de etileno-alcohol vinílico termosellable de 1.8 Kg (4.0 lb.) y una capa de unión de 2.038 Kg (4.5 lb) revestidas sobre la superficie interior del substrato de cartón; y d) una capa de contacto con el producto de un polímero de polietileno de baja densidad termosellable de 4.5 Kg (10 lb), revestida sobre la superficie exterior de dicha capa interna del emparedado formado de una capa de unión de copolímero de etileno-alcohol vinílico y una capa de unión, con lo que se obtiene una capa de LDPE (polietileno de baja densidad) de 0.018 mm (0.7 mil) y dicho laminado pueder ser termosellado en equipo convencional a temperaturas que varía de 121.11 grados C a 260 grados C (250 grados F a 500 grados F) y exhibe un efecto de barrera a la pérdida de aceites esenciales y vitamina C.
