유압 작동 부하 장치의 유압 제어방법

제1도는 본 발명 방법이 실시되는 토오크 콘버터를 구비한 자동 변속 장치의 개략 구성도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시하는 기어 변속 장치의 내부 구성의 일부를 도시하는 기어 트레인도, 제3도는 제1도에 도시하는 유압 회로의 내부 구성의 일부를 도시하는 유압 회로도.

Claims (8)

  1. 유압에 의해 작동하는 유압 작동 부하장치에 접속되는 유로내에 도입되는 압유 단위 시간당의 도입시간 비율을 제1시간 비율로부터 제2시간 비율로 변경하여 그 유로내의 평균 유압을 제1유압 값으로부터 이것보다 높은 제2유압값으로 변경하는 유압 제어 방법에 있어서, 상기 유로내로의 유압 도입 시간비율을 상기 제1시간비율로부터 상기 제1 및 제2유압값 보다도 높은 제3유압값에 대응하는 제3유압 도입시간 비율을 경유하여 상기 제2시간 비율로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3유압 도입시간 비율이 실질적으로 100%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3유압을 도입시간 비율에서 상기 유로에 유압을 도입한 후 또 상기 제3유압값과 다른 유압값에 대응하는 압유 도입시간 비율에서 압유를 도입하는 관정을 적어도 하나 개재시키며 그후 상기 제2압유 도입시간 비율에서 상기 유굴에 압유를 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 압유 온도를 검출하며 검출한 압유온도에 의해 상기 압유도입 시간비율을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어방법.
  5. 유압에 의해 작동하는 유압 작동부하 장치에 접속되는 유로내로 도입되는 압유의 단위 시간당의 도입시간 비율을 제1시간 비율로부터 제2시간비율로 변경하여 그 유로내의 시간 평균유압을 제1유압값으로부터 이것 보다 낮은 제2유압값으로 변경하는 유압 제어 방법에 있어서, 상기 유로내로의 압유도입 시간 비율을 상기 제1시간 비율로부터 상기 제1 및 제2유압값 보다도 낮은 제3유압값에 대응하는 제3압유 도입시간 비율을 경유하여 상기 제2시간 비율로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제3압유 도입 시간 비율이 실질적으로 0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제3압유 도입 시간 비율에서 상기 유로에 압류를 도입한 후 또 상기 제3유압값과 다른 유압값에 대응하는 압유 도입 시간 비율에서 압유를 도입하는 과정을 적어도 하나 개재시키며 그후 상기 제2압유 도입시간 비율에서 상기 유로에 압유를 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 압유 온도를 검출하며 검출한 압유 온도에 의해 상기 압유 도입시간 비율을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어방법.
