Claims (10)
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된,W-아미노알코울 유도체를 적어도 하나 함유함을 특징으로 하는 곤충 및 진드기 기피제.상기식에서, X는 수소, COR11, COOR12또는 R13을 나타내고, R1은 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐 라디칼을 나타내며, R2, R11,R12및 R13은 동일하거나 상이하며,임의로 치환된 알킬 또는 알케닐라디칼을 나타내고, R3내지 R10은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소를 나타내거나 임의로 치환된 알킬 라디칼을 나타내며, R2와 R3또는 R3과 R7또는 R3과 R7과 R5또는 R3와 R7은 이들이 결합된 원자와 함께 임의로 치환된 모노사이클릭 환을 형성할 수도 있고, n 및 m은 동일하거나 상이하고, 0 또는 1을 나타내며, 단, n 및 m이 0인 경우, X는 수소 또는 R13을 나타내지 않는다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, X가 수소, COR11또는 R13을 나타내고, R1은 C1내지 C7-알킬, C3내지 C7-알케닐 또는 C2내지 C7-알키닐을 나타내며 R2, R11및 R13은 동일하거나 상이하며, C1내지 C6-알킬을 나타내고, R3내지 R8은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소 또는 C1내지 C6-알킬을 나타내며, R2와 R3또는 R3과 R7또는 R3과 R5또는 R11와 R7은 이들이 결합된 원자와 함께 5- 또는 6-원 모노사이클릭 환을 형성할 수도 있고, n은 1을 나타내며, m은 0을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된,, W-아미노알코올 유도체를 적어도 하나 함유함을 특징으로 하는 곤충 및 진드기 기피제.
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된,,W-아미노알코올 유도체를 곤충 및/또는 진드기 및/또는 그들의 환경에 작용시킴을 특징으로 하여, 곤충 및 진드기를 퇴치하는 방법.
- 곤충 및/또는 진드기를 퇴치하기 위한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된,,W-아미노알코올 유도체의 용도.
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된,,W-아미노알코올 유도체를 중량제 및/또는 계면활성제와 혼합함을 특징으로 하여 곤충 및 진드기 기피제를 제조하는 방법.
- 일반식(Ⅶ)의 치환된,,W-아미노알코올 유도체상기식에서, X는 수소, COR11또는 COR13을 나타내고, R1은 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐 라디칼을 나타내며, R2, R11및 R13동일하거나 상이하며, 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐 라디칼을 나타내며 R3내지 R8은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소를 나타내거나 임의로 치환된 알킬 라디칼을 나타내며, R2와 R3또는 R3과 R7또는 R3과 R5또는 R5와 R7은 이들이 결합된 원자와 함께 임의로 치환된 모노사이클릭환을 형성할 수도 있으며, 단, 다음의 치환체 조합(1) 및 (2)는 제외된다 : (1)X=수소, R2=메틸 및 R1=3급-부틸, 및 (2)X=수소, R1=에틸, R5=에틸 및 R6=에틸.
- (a)일반식(Ⅷ)의 치환된,,W-아미노알코올을, 경우에 따라 희석제의 존재하 및 경우에 따라 염기를 가하면서 일반식(Ⅸ)의 카복실산 유도체와 반응시키고, 경우에 따라, 이렇게 하여 수득한 X가 수소를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을 분리하고, 경우에 따라 생성물을 일반식(Ⅳ)의 카복실산 클로라이드와 반응시켜 X가 COR11을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을 수득하거나, 경우에 따라, 생성물을 입반식(Ⅵ)의 알킬 할라이드와 반응시켜 X가 R13을 나타내는 일반식 (Ⅶ)의 화합물을 수득하거나, (b)일반식(XⅡ)의,W-아미노알코올 또는,W-아미노에테를 경우에 따라, 산 수용체의 존재하 및 경우에 따라 희석제를 사용하여 일반식(Ⅲ)의 클로로카본산 에스테르와 1차로 반응시킨 다음, 제2반응 단계에서, 경우에 따라, 유리 OH그룹을 가진 중간체(X1=H)를 분리한 후에, 생성물을 일반식(Ⅵ)의 카복실산 콜로라이드와 반응시켜 X가 COR11일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을 제조하고, 경우에 따라 유리 NH그룹을 가진 중간체를 분리시킨 후에, 생성물을 경우에 따라 염기의 존재하 및 경우에 따라 희석제를 사용하여 일반식(XI)의 화합물과 추가로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅶ)의 치환된 아미노알코올 유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 이의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐 알키닐라디칼을 나타내며, 라디칼을 나타내며, R2, R11, 및 R13은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소를 나타내거나, 임의로 치환된 알킬 라디칼을 나타내며, R2와 R3또는 R3와 R7또는 R3과 R5또는 R5와 R7은 이들이 결합된 원자와 함께 임의로 치환된 모노사이클릭 환을 형성할 수도 있고, X는 수소, COR11또는 R13을 나타내고 Y는 할로겐 또는 아미드화 반응에서의 통상적인 이탈 그룹을 나타내고, 단 일반식(Ⅵ)에서는 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드를 나타내고, X1는 수소 또는 R13(여기서, R13은 임의로 치환된 알칼 또는 알케닐을 나타낸다)을 나타내며, Y11은 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드를 나타내고, 단 다음의 치환제 조합(1) 및 (2)는 제외된다 : (1)X=수소, R2=메틸 및 R1=3급-부틸, 및 (2)X=수소, R1=에틸, 및 R6=에틸.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, X가 수소, COR11또는 R13을 나타내고, R1이 C1내지 C7-알킬, C3내지 C7-알케닐 또는 C2내지 C7-알키닐을 나나태며, R2, R11및 R13이 동일하거나 상이하며, C1내지 C6-알킬을 나타내고, R3내지 R8이 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소 또는 C1내지 C6-알킬을 나타내며, R2와 R3또는 R3과 R7또는 R3과 R5와 R5와 R6은 이들이 결합된 원자와 함께 5- 또는 6-모노사이클릭 환을 형성할 수도 있지만, 단, 치환체 조합 (1) X=수소, R2=메틸 및 R1=3급-부틸, 및 (2) X=수소, R1=에틸, R5= 에틸 및 R6=에틸은 제외한 일반식(Ⅶ)의 치환된,,W-아미노알코올 유도체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, X가 수소, 또는 R13(여기서, R13은 C1내지 C6-알킬을 나타낸다)을 나타내고, R1은 C1내지 C7-알킬 또는 C3내지 C7-알케닐을 나타내며, R4내지 R8은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소 또는 C1내지 C6-알킬을 나타내고, R2와 R3은 이들이 결합된 원자와 함께 5- 또는 6-원 모노사이클릭 환을 형성하는 일반식(Ⅶ)의 치환된,,W-아미노알코올 유도체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, R1이 C1내지 C7-알킬, C3내지 C6-알케닐 또는 C2내지 C7-알키닐을 나타내고, X는 수소 COR11또는 R13을 나타내며, R2및 R11이 동일하거나 상이하며, C1내지 C6-일킬을 나타내고, R3내지 R8이 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소 또는 C4내지 C6-알킬을 나타내며, R13은 C1내지 C6-알킬을 나타내지만, 단, (1) X= 수소, R2=메틸 및 R1=3급-부틸, 및 (2) X= 수소, R1,R5및 R6=에틸인 치환체 조합은 제외한 일반식(Ⅶ)의 치환된,,W-아미노알코올 유도체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
