Claims (9)
- (i) 중심부분 보다 외피 부분에서의 가교결합수준이 낮고, (ii) 중합반응 개시 유리 라디칼이 함유된 다수의 가교결합된 중합체 매트릭스 현탁액을 형성한 다음, 상기의 가교결합된 중합체 매트릭스를 그에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 흡수되는 단량체 공급물과 접촉시키고, 이어서 상기의 단량체를 중합시킴으로써 제조하며, (iii) 킬레이트화 작용기로 작용화시킨 작용화된 겔-형의 수지비이드를 용액과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 용액중에 존재하는 다가의 알칼리토금속 또는 중금속 양이온의 농도를 지하시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다가의 알칼리토금속 및/또는 중금속 양이온이 주기율표의 1B,2A,2B,4A 및 8B족에 속하는 하나 이상의 원소의 양이온인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 킬레이트화 작용기가 알킬아미노포스포닉, 이소티오우로늄, 머캅토메틸 및/또는 디티오카바메이트 작용기인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 알킬아미노포스포닉 작용화된 수지 비이드를 사용하여, 염소생성을 위해 막 전해셀에 사용된 진한 염수 용액으로부터 칼슘 및 임의의 다른 알칼리토금속 양이온을 제거하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 용액의 온도가 25℃ 이상인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 알킬아미노포스포닉, 이소티오우로늄, 머캅토메틸 및/또는 디티오카바메이트 작용기로 작용화된 수지 비이드를 사용하여 카드뮴, 코발트, 납, 수은 및/또는 아연 양이온을 제거하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 이소티오우로늄, 머캅토메틸 및/또는 디티오카바메이트 작용기로 작용화된 수지 비이드를 사용하여 비이드로부터 양이온을 회수하는 추가의 단계를 수행하여 금 및/또는 백금 양이온을 제거하는 방법.
- (i) 중심부분에 비하여 외피부분에서의 가교결합 수준이 낮고, (ii) 중합반응개시 유리 라디칼이 함유된 다수의 가교결합된 중합체 매트릭스의 현탁액을 형성한 다음, 상기의 매트릭스를 그에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 흡수되는 단량체공급물과 접촉시켜 상기의 단량체를 중합시킴으써 제조하며, (iii) 알킬아미노포스포닉, 이소티오우로늄, 머캅토메틸 및/또는 디티오카바메이트 형태의 작용성 그룹을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 킬레이트화 작용성 그룹을 갖는 가교결합된 중합체 수지의 비이드를 함유하는 겔-형의 킬레이트화 수지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 작용성 그룹이 하기 일반식의 알킬아미노포스포닉인 수지.상기식에서, R은 H, CR1R2-PO3H2또는 -CH2COOH이고:R1및 R2은 서로 독립적으로 -H 및/또는 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬이다.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
