Claims (20)

  1. 를 약 Ⅰ:Ⅱ:Ⅲ:Ⅳ=1:1:m:m의 화학량론적 비율로 여기에서 m은 1이상은 정수임. 반응시키는 공정의 생성물로서 다음 일반식을 가지는 반응생성물인 폴리에테르이미드 올리고머(소중합체).
    E=알릴 또는 메타알릴:Y=할로-또는 니트로-:R=3가 C(6-13) 방향족유기기:R1=저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 아릴 또는 치환된 아릴의 어떤것:R′=2가 (6-30) 방향족 유기기:J=0,1 또는 2이며 G=-CH2-, -O-, -S-, 또는 -SO2-임.
  2. 제1항의 올리고머의 실질적으로 등몰 양과 그 올리고머의 가교결합 말단 캡기(A)가 없는 조화성 뼈대를 가지는 중합체, 다음 일반식의 반복 단위를 포함하는 중합체.
    여기에서, X,R 및 R′는 제1항의 규정과 같다로 이루어지는 폴리에테르이미드 올리고머와 폴리에테르이미드 중합체의 혼련물.
  3. 제1항의 올리고머와 적당한 보강재로 이루어지는 수지침투 가공재.
  4. 제2항의 혼련물과 적당한 보강재로 이루어지는 수지침투 가공재.
  5. 제3항의 수지침투 가공재의 경화에 의하여 형성되는 경화된 복합재.
  6. 제4항의 수지침투 가공재의 경화에 의해 형성되는 경화 복합재.
  7. 제1항의 올리고머의 경화로 형성되는 경화 복합재.
  8. 제2항의 혼련물의 경화로 형성되는 경화 복합재.
  9. 를 약 Ⅰ:Ⅱ:Ⅲ:Ⅳ=1:1:m:m의 비율로 여기에서 m은 1이상은 정수임. 반응시켜 다음 일반식을 가지는 반응생성물을
    여기에서 R=3가 C(6-13) 방향족 유기기이고 X=-O- 또는 -S-:

  10. 다음 일반식의 무수물.
    여기에서 X=-O- 또는 -S-:R=3가 C(6-13) 방향족 유기기
    R1=저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 아릴 또는 치환아릴 J=0,1 또는 2이며 G=-CH2-, -O-, -S-, 또는 -SO2-임. 이 무수물은 A-XH를 다음 일반식의 치환 무수프탈산과 반응시켜 형성한다.
    여기에서 Y=할로-또는 니트로-임.
  11. 다음 일반식의 화합물.
    여기에서 R=3가 C(6-13) 방향족유기기:

  13. 다음 일반식의 프탈이미드염의 자기 축합에 의하여 만든 폴리에테르이미드 중합체를
    다음 일반식의 가교 결합 말단캡과 함께 반응시키는 방법에 의하여 제조한 폴리에테르이미드 올리고머
    여기에서 X=-O- 또는 - -:
    E=알릴 또는 메타알릴:Y=할로-또는 니트로-:R1=저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 아릴 또는 치환아릴:R′=2가 C(6-30) 방향족유기기:J=0,1 또는 2이며 G=-CH2-, -O-, -S-, 또는 -SO2-이며 M=알카리 금속이온, 암모이움염 또는 수소.
  14. 다음 일반식의 무수니트로프탈산 약 2 +2몰과
    약 n+1몰의 디아민, 약 m몰의 디아코올과 약 2몰의 A-OH의 혼합물을 축합하는 단계로 이루어지는 폴리에테르이미드 올리고머의 제조방법.
    여기에서또는 l:m=2이상의 정수:E=알릴 또는 메타알릴:R=3가 C(6-13) 방향족유기기:R1=저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 아릴 또는 치환아릴:
    J=0,1 또는 2이며 G=-CH2-, -O-, -S-, 또는 -SO2-.
  15. 제14항의 방법의 제품인 폴리에테르이미드 올리고머.
  16. 무수니트로파탈산 약2m+2몰과 디알코올 약 m+1몰, 디아민 약 m몰 그리고 A-NH2 약 2몰과 함께 축합하는 단계로 이루어지는 폴리에테르이미드 소중합체의 제조방법
    여기에서n=1 또는 2:m=1이상의 정수:E=알릴 또는 메타알릴:R=3가 C(6-13) 방향족유기기:R1=저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 아릴 또는 치환아릴:
    J=0,1 또는 2이며 G=-CH2-, -O-, -S-, 또는 -SO2-.
  17. 제16항의 방법의 생성물인 폴리에테르이미드 소중합체.
  18. 무수니트로프탈산 약 2m몰과 약m+1몰의 디알코올, 약 m몰의 디아민 및 약 2몰의 A-NO2를 축합하는 단계로 이루어지는 폴리에테르이미드 올리고머의 제조방법:여기에서:n=1 또는 2:m=1이상의 정수:E=알릴 또는 메타알릴:R=3가 (6-13) 방향족유기기:R1=저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 아릴 또는 치환아릴:
    J=0,1 또는 2이며 G=-CH2-, -O-, -S-, 또는 -SO2-
  19. 제18항의 방법의 생성물인 폴리에테르이미드 올리고머.
  20. m+1몰의 디안하이드라이드:m몰의 디아민:2몰의 아민말단캡을 반응시키는 방법의 제품으로 이루어지는 폴리설폰이미드 올리고머인 다음의 일반식을 가지는 올리고머
