Abstract
본 발명은 분자당 2개 이상의 에폭사이드 그룹을 갖는 폴리에폭사이드 화합물(A)과 디포스핀산(B)으로부터 유도된 구조 단위를 포함하는, 에폭사이드(epoxide value)가 1.0㏖/100g인 인 개질된 에폭시 수지, 이의 제조방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (14)
- 분자당 2개 이상의 에폭사이드 그룹을 갖는 폴리에폭사이드 화합물(A)과 디포스핀산(B)으로부터 유도된 구조 단위를 포함하는, 에폭사이드가가 0 내지 1.0㏖/100g인 개질된 에폭시 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭사이드가가 0 내지 0.6㏖/100g인 개질된 에폭시 수지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디포스핀산이 화학식(1)의 산인 인 개질된 에폭시 수지.상기 화학식(1)에서, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬 또는 아릴 그룹이고, R2는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹이며, R은 탄소수 2 내지 20의 알킬렌, 사이클로알킬렌 또는 아릴렌 그룹이다.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인 함량이, 에폭시 수지를 기준으로 하여, 0.5 내지 9중량%인 인 개질된 에폭시 수지.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평균 하나 이상의 에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 인 개질된 에폭시 수지.
- 폴리에폭사이드 화합물(A)과 디포스핀산(B)을 서로 반응시킴을 포함하여, 에폭시 수지와 화학식(1)의 인 함유 화합물로부터 인 개질된 에폭시 수지를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 반응이 용매 속에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, N-메틸피롤리돈, 디메틸포름아미드, 테트라하이드로푸란, 디옥산, 디알킬 에테르, 글리콜 아테르, 케톤 및/또는 에스테르와 같은 비양성자성극성 용매가 사용되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 사용되는 용매가 단독으로 또는 혼합물로서의 할로겐화 탄화수소, 지방족, 지환족 및/또는 방향족 탄화수소인 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 -10 내지 +200℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 반응이 70 내지 130℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에폭사이드 화합물(A)가 디포스핀산(B)의 당량 비가 1:0.1 내지 1:1인 방법.
- 성형폼, 도료 또는 적층폼을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르거나 제6항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따라 수득한 인 개질된 에폭시 수지의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르거나 제6항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따라 수득한 인 개질된 에폭시 수지를 사용하여 제조한 성형품, 도료 또는 적층품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
