Claims (10)
- 에폭사이드를 알칼리 요다이드의 존재하에 이산화탄소와 반응시켜 2-옥소-1,3-디옥솔란을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 에폭시 화합물을 불활성 용매를 사용하거나 사용하지 않고 상압 또는 약간 상승된 압력하에 이산화탄소를 도입시키면서 40내지 180℃의 온도에서, (A)적어도 하나의 알칼리 요다이드 및 (B) 폴리올과 다음 일반식(Ba) 및 (Bb)의 폴리에테르 또는 에테르로 이루어진 화합물 적어도 하나의 혼합물과 반응시키거나, 에폭시 화합물이 이미 화합물(Ba) 및 (Bb)의 구조적 특징을 갖고 있다면 알칼리 요다이드 (A)와 만 반응시켜 상응하는 유기 카보네이트를 생성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.상기식에서,R은 동일하거나 다르며, 각각의 경우에 알킬그룹의 탄소수가 1내지 10개인 알킬 또는 아르알킬, 또는 아릴이고 ;R1및 R2는 동일하거나 다르며, 각각 독립적으로 수소, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬이고 ;R3는 R과 동일하지만, 또한 수소일 수도 있다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1 내지 10바아, 바람직하게는 1 내지 5 바아, 특히 바람직하게는 1 내지 3바아의 압력을 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 알칼리 요다이드로서 요드화 칼륨 또는 요드화나트륨을 에폭시 성분에 대해 0.01내지 1중량%, 바람직하게는 0.05내지 1중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 0.05내지 0.5중량%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 디-, 트리-또는 폴리-글리콜, 또는 모노-및/또는 디에테르를 폴리올(Ba) 또는 에테르(Bb)로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 디에틸렌, 트리에틸렌, 테트라에틸렌 및 디프로필렌글리콜, 에틸렌글리콜 모노메틸 및 모노부틸에테르, 디메톡시에탄, 디에틸델글리콜모노메틸 및 모노부틸에테르, 디에틸델글리콜디메틸 및 디에틸에테르, 트리에틸델글리콜모노메틸 및 디메틸 에테르, 프로필델글리콜모노부틸에테르, 및 에틸델프로필델글리콜모노부틸에테르를 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화합물(Ba) 및 (Bb)를 에폭시 성분에 대해 1내지 95중량%, 바람직하게는 1내지 50중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 10내지 30중량%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 에폭시 화합물의 반응을 이산화탄소에 의해 부분적으로만 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 말단 에폭시 그룹을 함유하며, 적어도 6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 에폭사이드, 또는 일반식(2)의 글리시돌 또는 에피할로 히드린인 에폭시 화합물, 평균적으로 적어도 하나의 일반식(3)의 치환되거나 비치환된 글리시딜 에테르그룹 또는 일반식(4)의 치환되거나 비치환된 글리시딜 에스테르 그룹을 함유하는 에폭시 화합물, 에폭시화 다중불포화 화합물, 또는 아미드 또는 우레탄 그룹을 함유하는 에폭사이드를 반응시키는 방법.상기식에서,Z는 수소원자, 메틸그룹 또는 에틸그룹이고,X는 할로겐원자 또는 OH 그룹이다.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, (폴리)글리시딜 에테르, 말단 에폭시그룹을 갖는 가소화 에폭시 수지, 또는 포화 또는 에틸렌성 불포화(폴리)카복실산의 글리시딜 에스테르를 반응시키는 방법.
- 우레탄 그룹을 함유하는 합성 수지를 피복물 또는 성형체의 형태로 제조하기 위한, 제 1 항 내지 9항중의 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 수득된 2-옥소-1,3-디옥솔란의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
