제1도는 리어기어대, 원동기어구동 기어장치를 실용하는 형의 대표적 종전기술인 중량 구동차축의 부분단면도.
제2A, 2B 도는 각각 종전의 스파이럴 베벨 및 하이포이드, 링기어 대 원동기어 구동기어장치를 예시한 도면.
제3, 제3A도는 종전기술인 중량차량 구동차축의 링기어 생산방법의 금속성형 및 주금속성형 부분의 블럭 표시도의 개략도.

Claims (19)

  1. 소정의 외경(126)을 가지고, 토우직경(124)과 용적을 가진 근접실체 링기어 단조물(106)을 생산하는 방법으로 상기한 공정은 다음과 같은 작업단계를 구성하는데 가)소정의 저탄소에서 중간탄소급 탄소 또는 합금강철의 적당한 크기와 형태의 비릿(100)을 마련하며, 나) 그 비릿(130)을 적당한 단조온도로 가열하며, 다) 그 비릿(130)을 일반적으로 환상형공동(150)을 가진 선행성형다이(138)내에서 손질안된 실질적으로 환상형 링로울링 선행성형(132)으로 단조하며, 라)손질안된 실질적으로 환상형 링로울링 선행성형을 손질된 실질적으로 환상형 링로울링 선행성율(102)을 다듬질하고, 마) 선행성형물을 소정높이(108)와 두께(110)의 실질적으로 입방체 단면벽을 가진 링(104)으로 링로울링 하기 때문에, 상기한 링의 내경(112)은 실질적으로 토우직경과 같고, 상기한 링의 외경(114)은 상기한 외경보다 작고 상기한 링의 높이는 그의 벽두께의 하나(1)에서 넷(4)배수의 범위내에 있게 되어 있으며,그리고 바) 상기한 링을 근접실체링 기어단조물로 정밀단조하는 생산방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 상기한 근접실체 링기어 단조물의 한면을 기계가공하는데 더웃 더한 작업 단계를 포함하고, 상기한 근접실체 링기어 단조물의 모든 기계가공이 어떠한 표준화 열처리작업에 관계없이 기계가공단계를 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 정밀단조가 단일 타격 작업인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 정밀단조가 단일 타격 작업인 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 링의 정밀단조를 1750°-1950°F 범위의 온도에서 하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 링의 정밀단조를 1750°-1950°F 범위의 온도에서 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 손질안된 선행성형이 중앙스럭(136)을 가지며, 상기한 다듬질 작업이 상기한 중앙스럭만을 제거하는 것을 포함하고, 상기한 비릿의 용적은 상기한 근접 실체 링기어 단조물의 용적 더하기 상기한 중앙스럭의 용적인 것과 거의 동등하게 되는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 근접 실체 링기어 단조물의 용적이 상기한 다이의 환상 공동부분의 용적의 100%에서 80%까지의 범위이내인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 근접실체 링기어단조물의 용적이 상기한 다이의 환상공동 부분의 용적의 100%에서 85%까지의 범위 이내인 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 링로울링 작업을 소정외경의 맨드릴(116)을 가진 링로울링 기계에서 하게되고, 상기한 중앙스럭부분은 상기한 맨드릴의 외경보다 약간 더 큰 외경을 갖게 되어 있는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기한 스럭의 두께가 그의 외경의 약 1/10인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 링의 높이가 일과 이분의 일(1-1/2)에서 이와 이분의 일(2-1/2)범위내에서 그의 벽두께 배수가 되는 방법.
  13. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 링의 높이가 일과 이분의 일(1-1/2)에서 이와 이분의 일(2-1/2)범위내에서 그의 벽두께 배수가 되는 방법.
  14. 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 링의 높이가 일과 이분의 일(1-1/2)에서 이와 이분의 일(2-1/2)범위내에서 그의 벽두께가 배수가 되는 방법.
  15. 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 링의 높이가 일과 이분의 일(1-1/2)에서 이와 이분의 일(2-1/2)범위내에서 그의 벽두께가 배수가 되는 방법.
  16. 근접실체 링기어 단조물을 생산하는 방법으로 소정외경과 토우경과 용적을 가지고 상기한 공정은 다음과 같은 작업단계로 구성되는 것으로서, 가)마련되는 링은 소정높이와 두께의 실질적으로 직방체 단면벽을 갖기 때문에, 상기한 링의 내경은 토우경과 실질적으로 같고 상기한 링의 외경은 상기한 외경 보다 작으며, 링의 높이는 일(1)에서 넷(5)범위내에서 그의 벽두께 배수가 되는것, 그리고 나)상기한 링의 근접실체링기어 단조물로 정밀 단조되는 단계를 이루는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기한 정밀단조가 단일 타격작업으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기한 링의 높이는 일과 이분의 일(1-1/2)에서 이와 이분의 일(2-1/2) 범위내에서 그의 벽두께 배수인 방법.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 상기한 링의 높이는 일과 이분의 일(1-1/2)에서 이와 이분의 일(2-1/2) 범위내에서 그의 벽두께 배수인 방법.
