Claims (17)
- 소정의 직류전력을 공급하는 직류전원과 상기 직류전원의 출력단에 접속되어 상기 직류전원에서의 직류전력을 입력하여 전력변환제어하여 출력하는 전류형 컨버터와, 상기 전류형 컨버터부의 출력단에 접속되어 상기 전류형 컨버터에서의 출력전력에 공급되는 부하와, 상기 전류형 컨버터에 소정의 전력변환제어신호를 출력하는 컨버터제어부를 비치하여 상기 컨버터 제어부는 상기 전류형 컨버터를 역행제어모드 및 회생제어모드의 쌍방의 소정 제어주기간내에서 상기 직류전원에서 상기 부하의 전력을 공급하는 역행통류상태와 상기 부하에서의 전력을 상기 직류전원에 회생하는 회생통류상태와 전류형 컨버터의 출력을 단락하여 부하의 회로전류를 환류하게하는 환류 상태의 적어도 두개의 상태에 제어하여 동시에 각 상태의 기간길이를 가변으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 커버터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 컨버터 제어부는 상기 전류형 컨버터의 출력전압의 영역에 있어서 전류형 컨버터의 동작상태를 역행통류상태와 회생통류상태와 환류상태의 3개의 상태가 소정 제어주기내에 발생하도록 제어 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 컨버터제어부는 상기 전류형 컨버터의 동작상태를 상기 전류형 컨버터의 출력전압이 미리 정한 전압보다도 적은 범위에 있어서 역행통류상태와 회생통류상태와 환류통류상태와 회생통류상태와 환류통류상태의 3개의 상태가 소정주기 기간내에 발생하도록 제어하여 동시에 전류형 컨버터의 출력전압이 미리 정한 전압보다 큰 범위에 있어서, 역행통류상태 혹은 회생통류상태의 어느 한쪽의 상태와 환류통류상태와의 2개의 상태가 소정 제어주기간내에 발생하도록 제어 하는 것을 특징으로하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 직류전원은 축전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 소정의 교류전력을 공급하는 교류전원과 상기 교류전원과 상기 직류전원 및 상기 전류형 컨버터와의 사이에 삽입되어져 상기 교류전원이나 혹은 직류전원의 어느것 한쪽을 상기 전류형 컨버터에 접속하는 전환수단과 상기 교류전원에 설정되어 상기 교류전원의 출력의 유무를 검출하여 상기 교류전력의 출력이 검출된 경우에만 상기 전환수단에 신호를 출력하여 교류전원을 선택하여 상기 전류형 컨버터에 접속되는 교류전원 출력검출부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서 상기 컨버터 제어부는 상기 교류전원 출력검출부의 출력을 입력하고 상기 입력이 없는 시점에서는 역행전력 변환기 및 회생전력 변환기로서 작동하도록 상기 전류형 컨버터에 제어신호를 출력하여 동시에 상기 신호의 입력으로 교류전력을 직류전력 변환하는 것과 같이 상기 전류형 컨버터에 제어신호를 출력하도록 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서 상기 부하에서의 회생전력를 소비하는 회생전력 소비용부하가 상기 전류형 컨버터에 설치되어 상기 컨버터 제어부는 상기 전환수단으로 상기 직류 전원이 상기 전류형 컨버터에 접속된 시점에서는 상기 전류형 컨버터를 회생통류상태이고 동시에 환류상태제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서 상기 회생전력 소비용 부하를 저항기로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서 상기 전환수단에 의한 상기 직류전원의 상기 전류형 컨버터에의 접속시에는 상기 컨버터 제어부는 상기 전류형 컨버터를 제어하여 상기 직류전원에 회생전력을 공급하여 동시에 회생전력 소비용 부하에 회생전력을 수비하기 위해서 상기 컨버터를 회생통류상태와 환류상태로 이루워지는 회생전력 변환 동작을 하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서 상기 직류전원은 축전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서 상기 축전지에는 상기 축전지의 과충전상태를 검출하여 상기 컨버터 제어부에 신호를 출력하는 과충전 검출기가 설치되고 상기 컨버터 제어부는 상기 과충전 검출기에서의 신호출력이 없을때에는 상기 축전지에 부하에서의 전력을 회생하여 상기 과충전 검출기에서의 신호가 입력되는 과충전 상태일 때는 상기 회생전력 소비용 부하로 회생전력을 소비하도록 상기 전류형 컨버터를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서 상기 직류전원과 부하와의 사이에 설치되어 직류전원에서 부하에의 접속을 단속가능한 제1단속수단과 소정의 교류전력을 공급하는 교류전원과 입력측에 제2의 단속수단을 통하여 상기 교류전원이 접속되어 동시에 그 출력측은 상기 부하에 접속된 제2의 전류형 컨버터와 상기 컨버터 제어부와 상기 전류형 컨버터 및 제2의 전류형 컨버터와의 사이에 설치되어 상기 컨버터 제어부의 출력을 상기 두개의 컨버터의 어느 한쪽에 출력하는 전환부와 상기 교류전원에 설치되어서 상기 교류전원의 출력의 유무를 검출하고 교류전원의 출력이 검출되지 않는 시점에서 상기 제1의 단속수단을 닫음과 동시에 상기 제2단속단을 해방하여 동시에 상기 전환회로에 상기 컨버터 제어부 출력을 상기 전류형 컨버터에 출력하게하여 더 한층 교류전원의 출력이 검출된 시점에서는 상기 제1의 단속수단을 여는 것과 동시에 상기 제2의 단속수단을 닫고 또한 상기 전환부에 상기 컨버터 제어부출력을 상기 제2의 전류형 컨버터에 출력되는 교류전원 출력부를 비치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서 회생전력을 소비하게 하는 회생전력소비용 부하가 상기 전류형 컨버터에 비치되어 상기 컨버터 제어부는 상기 제1단속수단에 의해 상기 전류형 컨버터가 상기 부하에 접속되어진 시점에서는 상기 전류형 컨버터를 회생통류상태이고 동시에 환류상태로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서 상기 회생전력소비용 부하를 저항기로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서 상기 제1단속수단에 의하여 상기 전류형 컨버터의 상기 부하에의 접속시에는 상기 컨버터 제어부는 상기 전류형 컨버터를 제어하여 상기 직류전원에 회생전력을 공급하여 동시에 상기 회생전력 소비용 부하에 회생전력을 소비하게 하기 위하여 상기 컨버터를 회생통류상태와 환류상태로서 되는 회생전력 변환동작을 하게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서 상기 직류전원은 축전지인것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서 상기 축전기에는 상기 축전기의 과충전상태를 검출하여 상기 컨버터제어부에 신호를 출력하는 과충전 검출기가 비치되어 상기 컨버터 제어부는 상기 과충전 검출기의 출력이 없는 시점에서는 상기 축전지에 부하에서의 전력을 회생하여 상기 과충전 검출기에서의 신호가 입력되는 과충전상태일때는 상기 회생전력 소비용 부하로 회생전력을 소비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류형 컨버터 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
