Claims (25)
- 플라스틱 제품의 제조에 사용하기 위한 복합재료 스트랜드에 있어서, 상기 스트랜드 중합체내에 삽입된 여러 묶음의 섬유를 포함하며 최소한 하나 이상의 상기 묶음은 권축된 섬유를 포함하는 플라스틱 제품의 제조에 사용하기 위한 복합재료 스트랜드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 권축된 섬유는 2 내지 30mm사이의 파장 및 0.2 내지 7mm 사이의 폭을 가지며 W/A가 2보다 큰 거의 정현곡선인 지그재그형 주름을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 권축된 섬유내의 주름은 다수의 겁쳐진 지그재그 변형상으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 권축된 섬유는 3차원의 주름을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스트랜드는 다른 형태의 주름을 가지는 다수의 인접 섬유 묶음을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스트랜드는 최소한 하나 이상의 거의 직선인 섬유 묶음을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.
