Claims (25)

  1. 플라스틱 제품의 제조에 사용하기 위한 복합재료 스트랜드에 있어서, 상기 스트랜드 중합체내에 삽입된 여러 묶음의 섬유를 포함하며 최소한 하나 이상의 상기 묶음은 권축된 섬유를 포함하는 플라스틱 제품의 제조에 사용하기 위한 복합재료 스트랜드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 권축된 섬유는 2 내지 30mm사이의 파장 및 0.2 내지 7mm 사이의 폭을 가지며 W/A가 2보다 큰 거의 정현곡선인 지그재그형 주름을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 권축된 섬유내의 주름은 다수의 겁쳐진 지그재그 변형상으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.

  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 비교적 낮은 응융물 점성도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.
  16. 제1항에 잇어서, 상기 플라스틱 제품은 첫째 중합체 성분으로 구성되며 상기 섬유가 삽입되어 있는 상기 중합체는 이 첫째 중합체 성분과 같음을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 미세하게 분할된 전기전도성 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합 재료 스트랜드.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 상기 중합체 매트릭스에 대한 섬유 표면의 접착력을 조절하기 위하여 결합제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스트랜드는 부가된 중합체 층으로 피막되고 중합체에 함침된 다수의 섬유 묶음을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 부가 중합체 층은 섬유 묶음을 함침시키기 위하여 사용된 중합체와 같거나 거의 같은 조성물 가짐을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 부가 중합체 층은 플라스틱 제품의 주요 중합체 성분과 같거나 거의 같은 조성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.
  22. 제1항에 있어서, 스트랜드의 폭 W는 그 두께 t보다 큼을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 스트랜드.
  23. 제1항에 있어서, 정의한 바와같은 스트랜드로부터 입상체를 잘게 절단하여 수득한 입상 복합재료에 있어서, 섬유는 입상체의 한 끝에서 반대편 끝까지 현저히 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 입상 복합재료.
  24. 제23항에 정의한 바와같은 입상 복합재료 혼합물 및 다른 중합체 입상체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 성형 플라스틱 제품에 사용하기위한 복합재료 성형 화합물.
  25. 제24항에 따른 화합물을 성형함으로써 수득하는 플라스틱 제품에 있어서, 제품의 예정된 부분 또는 제품 전체를 통하여 섬유가 균일하게 분산되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 제품.
