Claims (4)
- 전기전도성 섬유 다발을 0.10이하의 분산도로 0.33-4%(부피) 포함하고 있는 입자로 구성되며, 분산도는 입자내에서 각각 60-2,000개의 섬유를 포함하고 있는 전기전도성 섬유 다발이 차지하는 부피분율의 역수로서 쓰레시홀드값 방법에 따라 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 섬유를 포함하고 있는 플라스틱 입자물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산도가 0.08이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 입자물질.
- 전기전도성 섬유 다발과 플라스틱을 낮은 전단응력으로 서로 혼합시키는 과정을 포함하며 이 과정에서는 전기전도성 섬유 다발이 계측되어 혼합장치로 주입되는 곳에서의 온도가 공정 또는 용융 온도 보다는 낮지만 플라스틱 물질의 연화 또는 유리전이 온도 보다는 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 2항에 다른 플라스틱 입자물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 따른 플라스틱 입자물질을 이용함으로써 얻어지거나 제3항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻어진 플라스틱 입자물질로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 컴파운드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
