Claims (8)

  1. (A) 멜라민-포름알데히드 축합생성물로 만들어진 15 내지 95중량%의 합성슈지섬유, (B) 5 내지 85중량%의 중합체 원섬유, (C) 0 내지 30중량%의 합성수지분말, 및 (D) 0 내지 80중량%의 광물 충전제로 이루어지는 열안정성 전기 절연 페이퍼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 멜라민 수지 섬유(A)가 1[m2/g] 미만의 비표면적(BET)을 갖고, 중합체 원섬유(B)가 3[m2/g] 이상의 비표면적(BET)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 전기 절연 페이퍼.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 멜라민수지섬유(A)가, 1 내지 30몰%의 멜라민을 히드록시알킬멜라민으로 치환시킨 멜라민 수지로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 전기 절연 페이퍼.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주합체 원섬유가 열안정성 열가소성 수지, 열경화성 수지 또는 셀룰로오스로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 전기 절연 페이퍼.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 합성수지분말(C)이 경화성 합성수지, 또는 열안정성 열가소성 수지로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 전기 절연 페이퍼.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전제(D)가 0.1 내지 40㎛의 평균 입자크기를 갖는 분말 또는 1 내지 100㎛의 평균두께를 갖는 플레이리이틀렛으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전기 절연 페이퍼.
  7. 성분(A) 및 (B) 및, 적합하다면, 성분(C) 및 (D)를 함유하고, 0.1 내지 10중량%의 고체함량을 갖는 수성분산액을 제지기에서 가공하여 페이퍼를 생성시키고, 페이퍼를 120 내지 180℃에서 건조시키고, 최종적으로 이것을 200℃ 이상에서 압축에 의해 치밀화시키고 평활시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 제1항의 전기 절연 페이퍼를 생성시키기 위한 방법.
  8. 제7항에 따르는 열안정성 전기 절연 페이퍼를 생성시키기 위한, 멜라민-포름알데히드 축합생성물의 사용방법.
