제3도는 제1도에 나타낸 피복광파이버의 전송특성과 온도와의 관계를 보여주는 특성도이다.
Claims (8)
- 복수의 보강섬유재와 이에 함침경화된 열경화된 열경화성수지를 갖고서 광파이버 스트랜드 의주에 형성된 보강피복층 및 광파이버 스트랜드로 되어 있는 있는 피복 광파이버에 있어서, 입경 30㎛ 이하의 무기질 미립자와 상기 보강피복층의 성형온도이하에서 가소화하는 입경 50㎛ 이하의 열가소성 입자 가운데 어느 한쪽의 미립자가 이 보강 피복층내에 혼입되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 피복광파이버.
- 제1항에 있어서 미립자, 열경화성 수지가 25중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복광파이버.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 무기질 미립자의 평균 입경이 30㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복광파이버.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서 무기질 미립자가 탄산칼슘, 활석, 수화알루미나, 점토 및 비석으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 복수종인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 광파이버.
- 제1항에 있어서 열가소성 미립자의 연화온도가 120℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 피복광파이버.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서 열가소성 미립자가 폴리스티렌, 염소화폴리에틸렌, ABS 수지 및 셀루로오스 플라스틱으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 복수종인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복광파이버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보강피복층으로 피복된 광파이버 스트랜드가 인장일그러짐을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버.
- 제7항에 있어서, 광파이버 스트랜드의 인장일그러짐이 0.01 내지 0.10%의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
