Claims (11)
- a) 적어도 하나의 Ti-N결합을 함유하는 티탄화합물과 b) 알루미늄원자 또는 두개의 알루미늄 원자를 사이에 결합된 적어도 하나의 산소원자를 함유하는 유기알루미늄 화합물 사이의 반응생성물로 이루어진 촉매계의 촉매적 양의 존재하에 비닐 방향족 단량체를 단독으로 중합하거나 또는 30%이하의 다른 에틸렌적으로 불포화된 공중합할 수 있는 단량체와의 혼합물 형태로 중합함을 특징으로 하는 주로 신디오택딕 구조를 갖는 결정성 비닐 방향족 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티탄화합물 및 유기알루미늄 화합물은 SiO2, Al2O3또는 할로겐화 마그네슘과 같은 무기 또는 유기화합물에 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 티탄화합물에 대한 유기알루미늄 화합물의 몰비는 1내지 1000, 바람직하게는 10내지 200임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기항중 어느항에 있어서, 유기알루미늄화합물의 농도는 반응혼합물에 대해 10-4내지 1몰/리터의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기항중 어느항에 있어서, 티탄화합물은 TiCl3N(C2H5)2; TiCl2(N(C4H9)2) ; TiCl(N(C3H7)2)3; TiCl2N(C2H5)2; TiCl2[N(C2H5)2]2; Ti[N(C6H5)2]4; Ti[N(C2H5)2]4및 TiCl3N(C6H5)2로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기항중 어느항에 있어서, 유기알루미늄화합물이 다음 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법:상기식에서, n은 O또는 1내지 40, 바람직하게는 10 내지 30의 정수이고 ; R은 각각 C1내지 C20을 함유하는 알킬, 아릴, 아릴알킬 또는 시클로알킬 ; O-R'(식중 R'은 C1내지 C8알킬기 또는 C6내지 C20아릴기일 수 있음) ; 또는 할로겐원자일 수 있고, 단 모든 R기는 동시에 할로겐원자 또는 O-R'이 아니다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유기알루미늄 화합물들은 알킬그룹이 C1내지 C8을 함유하는 알루미늄 트리알킬 또는 할로겐화 알루미늄 알킬과 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유기알루미늄 화합물이 n=20을 갖는 직쇄메틸알루미노옥산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유기알루미늄 화합물이 n=20을 갖는 고리형 메틸알루미노옥산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기항중 어느한항에 있어서, 비닐방향족단량체가 스티렌 또는 시트렌유도체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 스티렌유도체가 분자중에 C9내지 C12를 함유하는 알킬스티렌, 할로겐화된 스티렌, 비닐나프탈렌 및 비닐테트라히드로 나프탈렌으로 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
