Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식으로 나타낼수 있는 단핵 크롬 작제를 무수 무기산화물 지지체상에 침착시켜서 촉매 전구체를 제조한 후, 이 촉매 전구체를 열활성화 시킴으로써 제조할수 있는 중합화용 촉매:
    [상기식중, 치환된 시클로펜라디에닐 리간드 R1∼R5중 4개의 기는 메틸, 에릴, 이소프로필 및 n-프로필로 이루어진 군에서 독립적으로 선택되며, 제5번째 기는 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필, 이소프로필 및 수소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, x는 크롬 원자상의 이용가능한 배위 부위에 의존하는 1∼4의 정수이며, L은(a)메틸, 에틸, 이소프로필 및 n-프로필에서 독립적으로 선택된 4 또는 5개의 기로 치환된 시클로펜타디에닐 리간드 또는 (b)R이 H, 메틸 또는 에틸인(CO)3R이다].
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단핵 크롬 착체갈 비스(펜타메틸시클 로펜타디에닐) 크롬(Ⅱ)인 올레핀 중합화용 촉매.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 무기 산화물이 다량의 실리카를 함유하는 올레핀 중합화용 촉매.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 산화물 지지체상에 침착된 크롬의 양이 착체와 무기산화물 총중량의 0.01∼10중량%인 올래핀 중합화용 촉매.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단핵 크롬 착체가 침착된 무수 무기 지지체를 건조, 불활성 대기에서 100℃이상 350℃미만의 온도로 가열함으로써 열활성화시킨 올레핀 중합화용 촉매.
  6. 하기 일반식으로 나타낼수 있는 단핵 크롬 착체가 침착된 무수 무기산화물 지지체를 함유하는, 제1항에 기재된 촉매 형성용 촉매전구체:
    [상기식중, 치환된 시클로펜라디에닐 리간드 R1∼R5중 4개의 기는 메틸, 에틸, 이소프로필 및 n-프로필로 이루어진 군에서 독립적으로 선택되며, 제5번째 기는 메틸, 에틸, 이소프로필, n-프로필, 및 수소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, x는 크롬 원자사의 이용가능한 배위 부위에 의존하는 1∼4의 정수이며, L은 (a)메틸, 에틸, 이소프로필 및 n-프로필에서 독립적으로 선택된 4 또는 5개의 기로 치환된 시클로펜타디에닐 리간드 또는 (b)R이 H, 메틸 또는 에틸인(CO)3R이다].
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 크롬 함량이 착체와 무기산화물 총중량을 기준으로 0.01∼10중량%인 촉매 전구체.
  8. 올래핀 단량체 도는 단량체들을 중합화반응 개시에 충분한 온도 및 압력에서 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 올래핀 중합화용 촉매와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 플리올레핀의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 플리올레핀이 에틸렌 단독 중합체 또는 에틸렌과 소량의 C3∼C8α-올래핀의 일종 이상과의 공중합체인 방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조가능한 플리올래핀.
