제1도는 본 발명 방법에 사용된 주형의 단면도이다.
제2도는 주형상에 형성된 맞물리는 양성 핀치-오프(pinch-off)모서리들의 확대된 단면도이다.
제3도는 다른 형태의 핀치-오프 모서리의 확대 단면도이다.
Claims (7)
- 양성 핀치-오프(pinch-off)모서리를 가지는 주형의 반쪽상에 파이버 보강재를 놓으며 핀치-오프 모서리 사이에서 파이버를 조이기 위해 주형의 반쪽들을 서로 인접하게 배열하고 그 주형에 구비되어 있는 수지 사출 개구를 통해 주형 동공으로 수지를 주입시킨 후 주형을 밀폐시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 파이버 보강된 플라스틱의 성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 파이버 보강재가 핀치-오프 모서리들 사이에서 그 수지가 파이버 보강재를 통해 주형으로 부터 누출되지 않도록 조여지며 그 수지는 주형동공으로 주입되어 그 안에서 분포됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지가 파이버 보강재가 그 결과의 파이버 보강 플라스틱에 대하여 약 50-80 중량%의 양으로 기착되는 주형으로 사출될 때 약 1500cps 이하의 점성도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 그 수지가 약 10-300cps의 점성도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 수지가 교차-결합성 폴리아미드 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 교차-결합성 폴리아미드 수지가 교차-결합성 폴리에스테르 아미드 수지, 교차-결합성 폴리아미노아미드 수지, 에폭시 변화된 교차-결합성 폴리아미노 아미드 수지 또는 교차-결합성 폴리에테러 아미드 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 교차-결합성 폴리아미드 수지가 2,2'-(1, 3-페닐렌)비스-2-옥사졸린과 반응물의 반응에 의해 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
