Claims (4)
- 繊維基材とマトリックス樹脂とを備える繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法において、
第1連続繊維と第2連続繊維とを互いの間に不織布が介在するように積層して形成した前記繊維基材を上型と下型との間に配置する工程と、
前記上型と前記下型を接近させて互いの間に製品キャビティよりも容量が大きい閉空間を形成し、該閉空間に液状の前記マトリックス樹脂を供給することで、前記繊維基材に前記マトリックス樹脂を含浸させる工程と、
前記上型と前記下型をさらに接近させて前記繊維基材にプレス荷重が付与されるように前記製品キャビティを形成し、前記マトリックス樹脂の含浸時よりも前記繊維基材の繊維体積含有率が大きくなるように前記繊維基材を押圧した状態で、前記繊維基材中の液状の前記マトリックス樹脂を硬化させる工程と
を有することを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の製造方法において、
前記第1連続繊維、前記不織布、前記第2連続繊維のそれぞれの前記プレス荷重を付与する前の厚さをt1’、t2’、t3’とし、
前記第1連続繊維、前記不織布、前記第2連続繊維のそれぞれの前記プレス荷重を付与中の厚さをt1、t2、t3とするとき、
t2/t1<t2’/t1’及びt2/t3<t2'/t3'の関係が成り立つことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 請求項2記載の製造方法において、
t2’/t1’=3〜20、t2'/t3'=3〜20
t2/t1=2〜10、t2/t3=2〜10
の関係が成り立つことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法において、
積層した前記第1連続繊維と、前記不織布と、前記第2連続繊維とをニードルパンチにより一体化して前記繊維基材を形成することを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法。
