Claims (16)
- 구성 반복 단위체로서 50몰% 이상의 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위체를 포함하고 0.040 내지 0.150의 복굴절률을 가지며, 100℃의 공기 오븐내에서 5분간 처리 후 종 방향 및 횡방향 중 어느 한 방향의 수축률이 40%이상이고, 100℃의 공기오븐내에서 5분간 처리 후 다른 한 방향의 수축률이 20%이하이며, 또 2cal/g이상의 융해열을 갖는 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장력이 있는 고정된 조건하에서 필름을 85℃의 온수에 30분간 합취시킨 후의 필름 헤이즈가 20% 이하인 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 종 방향 횡 방향에서 필름의 두께 불균일도가 30% 이하이고 또 필름의 정지 마찰 계수가 1.2이하인 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 100℃의 공기 중에서 주 수축 방향에서의 필름의 수축 응력이 100g/㎟이상인 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 주 수축 방향에서 필름의 파열 강도가 20kg/㎟이상인 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 필름의 디올 성분이 50 내지 97몰%의 에틸렌 글리콜 단위체 및 3내지 50몰%의 네올펜틸 글리콜 단위체로 구성되는 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 필름을 구성하는 폴리에스테르의 유리 전이 온도가 65℃이상인 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 필름의 디카르복시산 성분이 테레프탈산 단위체 및 이소프탈산 단위체를 50/50 내지 95/5의 몰비로 포함하는 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 85℃의 온수중에서 30초 동안 처리 후 필름의 수축률이 종방향 및 횡 방향중 어느 한 방향에서 60% 이상이고 또 다른 한 방향에서 15% 이하인 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 40℃의 공기 오븐내에서 2주 동안 처리 후 필름의 수축률이 종 방향 및 횡 방향에서 모두 3% 이하인 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 구성 반복 단위체로서 50% 이상의 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위체를 포함하고 또 75℃의 온수 중에서 5초 동안 처리 후 종 방향 및 횡 방향 중 어느한 방향에서의 수축률이 30% 이상이며 명세서에 정의된 바있는, 75℃의 온수 주에서 5초동안 처리 후 다른 한 방향에서의 비(최대)수축률(넥크-인 레이트=neck-inrate)이 20% 이하인 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제11항에 있어서, 필름의 복 구절률이 0.050 이상인 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 구성 반복 단위체로서 50%이상의 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위체를 포함하고 또 100℃의 공기 오븐내에서 5분 동안 처리 후 종 방향 및 횡방향중 어느 한 방향에서의 수축률이 20%이상이며, 다른 한 방향에서 1내지 100% 파열 연신율을 갖고 또 8cal/g 이하의 융해열을 갖는 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서, 40℃의 공기 오븐내에서 2주 동안 처리 후 필름의 수축률이 주 수축 종방향 및 횡방향에서 모두 3% 이하이고, 또 복굴절률이 0.040 내지 0.120인 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 명세서에서 정의된 바 있는 75℃의 온수 중에서 5초 동안 처리 후 필름의 비(최대) 수축률(넥크-인 레이트)이 주 수축방향에 수직인 방향에서 10% 이하이고 필름의 파열 강도가 3kg/㎟이상인 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제13항 내지 제15항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 필름의 평균 표면 조도가 0.005 내지 0.1㎛인 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
