Claims (11)
- 열가소성 수지로 만들어진 긴 재부튜브와 외부튜브와 세로 방향으로 일정한 높이를 갖고 외부튜브 전체에 걸쳐서 형성된 다수의 리브로 구성된 불규칙 단면모양의 열가소성 수지로된 압출된 긴 외부 튜브로 구성된 이중벽 구조에 튜브조립체에 있어서 상기 리브는 외부 튜브의 중심에서 돌출하고, 상기리브는 상기 내부및 외부튜브의 전체에 걸쳐 상기내부 튜브의 외주면에 그 말단부가 융합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중벽구조의 튜브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,리브의 수는 2-6개로 특히 2-4개가 적당하며 상기 리브는 상기 외부튜브의 내부벽면으로 부터 축방향으로 돌출됨을 특징으로 하는 이중벽 구조의 튜브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부및 내부튜브의 중심은 서로 동일하며, 상기 외부튜브의 외부직경은 3-20㎜ 특히 약4-15㎜가 적당함을 특징으로하는 이중벽 구조의 튜브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부및 내부튜브의 중심은 서로 동일하며, 상기 외부튜브의 벽두께는 0.1∼2㎜, 특히0.2∼1.5㎜가 적당함을 특징으로하는 이중벽 구조의 튜브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부및 내부튜브의 중심은 서로 동일하며, 상기 내부튜브의 외부직경은 상기 외부튜브의 외부직경의 0.2∼0.9배, 특히 약 0.4∼0.8배가 적당함을 특징으로하는 이중벽 구조의 튜브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부및 내부튜브의 중심은 서로 동일하며, 상기 내부튜브의 벽두께는 0.05∼2㎜, 특히 약 0.1∼1.5㎜가 적당함을 특징으로하는 이중벽 구조의 튜브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부및 외부튜브의 중심은 서로 동일하며, 상기 리브의 상기 말단부는 상기 외부튜브의 내부멱면으로부터 0.4∼8㎜, 특히 약0.5∼6㎜떨어짐을 특징으로하는 이중벽 구조의 튜브 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외부 및 내부튜브의 중심은 서로 동일하고, 상기 리브는 약 2㎜미만의 폭, 특히 바람직하게는 약 0.1∼1.5㎜의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중벽 구조의 튜브 조립체.
- 이중벽 구조의 튜브 조립체를 계속 제조하는 방법에 있어서 외부튜브 전체에 걸쳐서 형성되고 외부튜브의 내부벽면에서 외부튜브 중심쪽으로 돌출되게 일정한 높이를 갖는 다수의 리브를 포함하고 불규칙단면 모양으로 되며 열가소성 수지로 제조된 긴 외부 튜브를 압출할 수 있도록 크로스헤드 다이를 포함한 압출성형기로 미리 압출된 열가소성 수지로 만든 긴 내부튜브를 게속하여 이송하고, 상기 크로스헤드 다이에서부터 상기 내부튜브 주위의 긴 외부튜브로 계속하여 열가소성 수지를 압출한후 상기 내부튜브및 상기 압출된 외부튜브를 계속하여 사이징 다이기로 이송하며 상기 외부튜브의 리브말단부가 상기 내부튜브의 외주면으로 융합될때까지 상기 사이징 다이기내에서 상기 내부튜브의 외주면쪽으로 연화상태의 외부튜브를 수축시키고, 상기 외부튜브를 냉각하고 고체화시키는 과정을 포함하는 이중벽 구조의 튜브조립체 제조방법.
- 제9항의 방법에 있어서, 압출된 열가소성 수지의 외주면은 상기 크로스헤드 다이에서 상기 내부튜브주의의 긴 외부튜브로 압출된 상기 열가소성 수지가 상기 사이징 다이기로 이송될때까지 냉각 매체에 의해 냉각되는 이중벽 구조의 튜브조립체 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 냉각매체를 주위의 공기로 이용하여 냉각시킬 수 있도록된 것을 특징으로 하는 이중벽 구조의 튜브 조립체 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
