Claims (18)

  1. 수성매체내에 존재하는 유기체 및 이들로 인한 오염을 저해하기 위한 염소화된 비닐수지와 4차 암모늄염의 조합으로 구성된 고착제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 총 조합의 10-20%인 암모늄염을 염소화된 비닐수지와 혼합하여 4차 암모늄염을 수지내로 함침시킨 고착제,
  3. 제1항에있어서, 가수분해할 수 없는 공원자가 결합으로 4차 암모늄염을 염소화된 비닐수지에 접붙이는 고착제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 염소화된 비닐수지가 염화폴리비닐, 2차 염소화된 염화 폴리비닐, 염화 폴리비닐리덴 및 이들의 공중합체, 염소화된 고무로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 고착제.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 중합체의 염소를 1차, 2차 아민기능 및 3차 아민기능의 분자로부터 선택한 것으로 치환하고 3차 아민 기능을 알킬할라이드로 4차화하는 것으로 구성된 고착제의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 제1단계를 pH를 약 1단위 낮추는 버퍼 존재하에 실행하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 제1단계를 디메틸설폭사이드 테트라 하이드로푸란 및 크실렌으로부터 선택된 용매의 용액내에서 실행하는 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 제1단계를 과량의 아민이 존재하는 벌크내에서 실행하는 방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 제1단계를 아민의 비등점보다 약 30˚C 아래의 온도에서 실행하는 방법.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 알킬 할라이드가 선형 및 방향족 장쇄 탄소 유도체로부터 선택된 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 알킬 할라이드가 옥틸, 라우릴 및 벤질 할라이드로부터 선택된 방법.
  12. 제5항에 있어서, 3차 아민 기능의 4차화가 100˚C 미만의 온도로 행해지는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서 3차 아민 기능의 4차화가 60˚C - 80˚C 사이의 온도로 행해지는 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 3차 아민 기능의 4차화가 30g 크실렌, 20g 메틸이소부틸케톤, 10g의 메탄올의 혼합 용액내에서 행해지는 방법.
  15. 제5항에 있어서, 최소한 한 단계가 불활성 대기하에서 행해지는 방법.
  16. 수성매체에 사용하기 위한 제1항의 고착제로 구성된 오염 및 유기물 억제 피복 조성물.
  17. 제1항의 고착제로 구성된 박테리아성 부식방지 피복 조성물.
  18. 제1항의 고착제로 구성된 살균성 피복 조성물.
