Abstract
PURPOSE: To adjust the elution rate of antifouling poisons in coating films and make the antifouling coating composition maintain the antifouling effect for a long time, by using a polymer having structural units with specific quaternary ammonium salts in the straight chain as a vehicle of the antifouling coating composition.
