Abstract

본 발명은 이소프로하이드록실아민 및 그의 염으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 중합정지제를 사용하므로써 유리 라디칼로 개시되는 유화 중합반응을 종결시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이들 중합 정지제를 사용하는데 있어서, 한가지 장점은 이들 중합정지제는 휘발성니트로사민을 발생시키지 않는다는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 이소프로필하이드록실아민 및 그의 염으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 중합정지제를 유화액이 첨가함을 특징으로 하는, 유리 라디칼로 개시되는 유화 중합반응의 종결 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단량체 100 중량부당 0.01 내지 2.0 중량부의 중합정지제를 상기 유화액에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합정지제가 이소프로필하이드록실아민임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이스프로필하이드록실아민의 염이 이소프로필하이드록실아민 아세테이트, 이소프로필하이드록실아민 하이드로클로라이드 및 이소프로필하이드록실아민 설페이트로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
