Claims (7)

  1. 하기 일반식(II)의 화합물을 그의 2-치환체의 에스테르 그룹을 선택적으로 가수분해시킬 수 있는 효소를 사용하여 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬, 알케닐 또는 페닐 알킬그룹이고, R1은 하이드록시 보호그룹이며, R2는 카복시 보호그룹이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 P-니트로벤질옥시카보닐, 트리메틸실릴 또는 피라닐그룹이고 ; R2가 알릴, 벤질 또는 P-니트로벤질그룹이며 ; R이 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 또는 부틸그룹인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 효소적 가수분해를 리파아제, 프로테아제, 판크레아틴 또는 스테앞신을 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 효소적 가수분해를 상기 효소를 분비하는 미생물 세포의 존재하에 수행하거나, 상기 효소를 분리시킨 다음 분리된 효소를 일반식(II)의 화합물에 작용시켜 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 미생물 세포 또는 분리된 효소를 불활성 기질상에 고정화시키거나, 가교결합에 의해 불용성화시키는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 최종화합물을 불활성 기질상에 흡착시킨 다음, 적합한 용매로 기질을 간단하게 세척하여 순수한 형태로 회수하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 효소적 가수분해를 임의로는 소량의 탄화수소 존재하에 pH 5 내지 9로 완충된, 일반식(II)화합물의 농도가 1 내지 100g/ι 인 수용액중 10°내지 50℃에서 0.5 내지 48시간동안 수행하는 방법.
