제3도는 하중응동 제동액압 제어장치의 입출력 액암 관계의 그래프도.

Claims (6)

  1. 브레이크 마스터 실린더에서 리어 휠 실린더에 이르는 액압통로에 배설된 개폐 밸브와, 상기 브레이크 마스터 실린더의 출력액압에 응동되어 상기 개폐 밸브를 개폐하는 플런저와, 하증 검지 레버와 일체로 되고 적재하중 따라서 상기 플런저를 밸브가 개방되는 방향으로 압압하는 스템으로 구성된 하중응동 제동액압 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 플런저와 스템과의 사이에 탄성부재를 개재시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 하중운동 제동액압 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재를 캡의 일방의 요부에 배설함과 동시에 상기 캡의 타방의 요부에 볼을 배설하고, 상기 캡의 일방의 요부내로 상기 스템을 감합하며, 상기 플런저와 스템을 상기 탄성부재, 상기 캠의 양 요부를 차단하는 격벽 및 상기 볼을 사이에 두고 상호 계합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 하중응동 제동액압 제어장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재가 고무 디스크 또는 스프링 왓샤인 것을 특징으로 하는 하중응동 제동억압 제어장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 캡의 하단부를 원주상으로 하고, 상기 스템에 이 원주상 부분이 습동자재로 삽입되는 구멍을 형성하며, 이 구멍의 저부에 탄성부재를 배설하여 상기 플런저와 스텝을 상기 탄성부재, 캡 및 이 캡의 상단측으로 배설된 볼을 사이에 두고 상호 계합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 하중응동 제동액압 제어장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재가 고무 디스크 또는 스프링 왓샤인 것을 특징으로 하는 하중응동 제동 액압 제어장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플런저 및 스템을 탄성부재인 고무 디스크로 직접적으로 당접시켜서 된것을 특징으로 하는 하중응동 제동액압 제어장치.
