10,11 : 몸체, 13,113 : 실, 26 : 유입구, 42 : 출구, 34,134 : 매스, 44,144 : 밸브수단, 38 : 제1스프링수단, 20,120,121 : 제2스프링수단

Claims (6)

  1. 실(13,113)을 형성하는 몸체(10,11), 유압원에 연결되고 실(13,113)에 연결되는 유입구(26), 실(13,113)에 연결되고, 차량의 브레이크에 이어질 출구(42), 실(13,113)에 미끄럼운동 가능하게 장착되고 차량의 감속도에 감응하는 매스(34,134), 매스가 차량의 감속도의 영향으로 이동할때 유입구(26)와 출구(42)사이의 통로를 폐쇄하기 위해 상기 매스와 함께 작동될 수 있는 밸브수단, 유입구(26)와 출구(42)사이의 통로를 개방하고 있는 본래 위치쪽으로 매스(34,134)에 상시 힘을 가하는 제1스프링수단(38) 및 제2스프링수단으로 구성되고, 제2스프링수단이 제1스프링수단보다 강하고 매스에 가해지는 감속력과 실안의 압력의 조화에 의하여 결정되는 상태가 존재할 때까지 매스(34,134)의 이동에 저항하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동시스템에 사용되는 감속력 감응 제동교정기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2스프링수단(20,120,121)의 강도가 최소한 제1스프링수단(38)의 강도의 20배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 교정기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2스프링수단(20,120,121)의 강도가 제1스프링수단(38)의 강도의 20배인 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 교정기.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 매스(34,134)가 유입구(26)와 출구(42)사이의 통로의 일부분을 형성하는 구멍(30,32)과 함께 작용하는 축(28)상에서 미끄럼운동 가능하게 구멍(30,32)에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 교정기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤(118)이 제2스프링수단(120,121)과 매스(134)사이에 마련되고 매스(134)를 적극적으로 결합하기에 적합하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 교정기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 제2스프링수단(120,121)이 동축상에 정렬된 두개의 스프링(120,121)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제동력 교정기.
