본 도는 본 발명의 적합한 실시예를 개략적으로 설명하여 주는 흐름도이다.
Claims (6)
- 에틸렌을 1,2-디클로로에탄 혹은 에티렌 디클로라이드("EDC")로 전환하기 위한 고온 직접염소화("HTDC")반응기에서 나오는 배출가스, 이 배출가스는 옥시염소화반응기로 재순환됨에 있는 수분에 의해 발생하는 부식을 최소화시키기 위한, 또한 EDC생산을 위한 방법에 있어서, ⒜HTDC반응기로부터 빼내는 유출물속의 EDC 제품을 만들기 위하여, 공급되는 염소중량의 100ppm 내지 1% 범위의 수분함량을 가지는 습성염소를, 대기압 혹은 그 이상의 압력 및 적어도 약50℃의 온도에서 액체클로로하이드로 카본매개물에 있는 화학량론 이상의 에틸렌과 반응시킴,⒝HTDC로부터 나오는 유출물속의 더 높은 비등성분으로부터, 증기-액체분리법을 이용하여 EDC제품을 분리시킴, ⒞EDC의 주요부를 응축시키고, 본질적으로 질소, 에틸렌,염소, HCI 및 배출흐름의 중량에 대해 1.5%중량 이하의 물로 이루어지는 흐름을 배출시키기 위하여, 증류관에서 나와 상부의 드럼으로 들어가는 윗부위를 응축시킴, ⒟배출흐름과 결빙된 물속의 응축물을 응축시키기 위하여 약 -30℃ 내지 0℃온도범위로 배출흐름을 냉각시킴, ⒠얼음이 라인을 막지 않게 하면서, 질소, 염소, 에틸렌 및 HCI을 포함하는 비응축물로부터 물과 응축물을 분리시킴, 그리고 ⒡재순환라인 및 장비의 물 때문에 발생하는 부식을 최소화 시켜주는 본질적으로 물을 갖지 않는 비응축물을 옥시염소화 반응기로 재순환시킴으로 구성되는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 증기-액체 분리수단이 제품증류관임을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제2항에 있어서, HTDC가 약대기압 내지 약 25psig의 압력에서 작동하는 비등반응기이며, 유출물이 반응기로부터 나오는 유출물의 상부증기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, HTDC가 약 대기압 내지 약 200psig의 압력범위에서 작동하는 비-비등반응기이며, 유출물이 반응기로부터 나오는 액체 곁흐름임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 배출흐름에 있는 물이 800ppm이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제5항에 있어서, 배출흐름이 약 70℉내지 약 130℉온도범위에서 상부콘덴서와 상부농축물드럼에서 나오는 결합된 비-응축상부가스를 포함하고, 배출흐름이 두단계, 첫단계에서는 비-응축물이 약 20℉내지 약60℉ 온도범위에서 떠나고, 두번째 단계에서는 비-응축물이 약 -60℉온도덤위에서 떠나는, 에서 응축됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
