제2도는 허브, 디스크 브레이크 로터, 브레이크 캘리퍼와 스티어링 링크를 포함하는 관련 부품을 도시하고 그곳의 부품들의 분해된 위치를 도시하는 본 발명에 따른 스티어링 너클 조립체의 분해 사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 관련 차량에 현가 부품을 부착하기 위하여 채용된 개선된 현가부픔 장착 시스템에 있어서, 외주 에지플랜지 부분을 형성하는 하우징을 갖는 스티어링 너클 조립체와 상기 외주 에지 부분에 형성된 구멍과, 나사이가 난 스텃 부분과 상기 반구형 시트에 대응하는 반구형 표면을 형성하는 상기 스텃에 부착된 제1 와셔와 상기 반구형의 시트에 대응하도록 채용된 반구형 표면을 갖고 상기 스텃상에 장전되도록 채용된 제2와셔와 상기 관절 하우징에 대향하여 상기 제1 및 제 와셔를 클램핑하여 상기 부착 스텃을 상기 스티어링 너클 조립체에 단단히 고정하기 위한 패스너 수단을 갖는 부착 스텃을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현가 부품 장착 시스템
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1와셔가 반구형의 요면 표면을 형성하고 제2와셔가 반구형의 요철 표면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현가 부품 장착 시스템
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2와셔는 또한 상기 반구형의 요면 표면을 형성한 반대 표면에 반구형의 요철 표면을 형성하고 상기 패스너 수단이 반구형으 요면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현가 부품 장착 시스템
  4. 상부 및 하부 볼조인트 사이에서 연장되는 대체로 수직인 축에 관하여 회전하도록 채용된 상기 너클 하우징과 외주 에지 프랜지 부분을 갖는 형식의 스티어링 너클에 스티어링 링크를 부착하기 위한 개선된 시스템에 있어서, 상기 외주 에지 플랜지 부분은 상기 수직인 축에 직각으로 향한 중앙 축을 갖는 구멍을 형성하고, 상기 스티어링 운동은 상기 너클을 상기 수직인 축에 관하여 회전하게 하고 상기 구멍을 통하여 연장하기 위한 돌출 축을 갖는 스티어링 링크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티어링 너클에 스티어링 링크를 부착하기 위한 시스템
