Claims (8)

  1. 골재와 무기바인더를 주성분으로 하는 코어보디(10)에 표면으로 부터 함침된 바인더함침층(12)과 이 바인더함침층(12)의 표면에 슬러리를 도포하여 형성한 피막층(14)과, 이 피막층(14)의 외표면에 도포된 파라핀왁스층을 지닌것을 특징으로 하는 코어.
  2. (가)골재와 무기바인더를 혼련하는 공정과, (나)이 혼련물을 코어형틀에 주입하여 경화하여 코어보디를 성형하는 공정과, (다)이 경화한 코어보디를 바인더에 침지하여 코어보디의 표면으로 부터 바인더를 함침시키는 공정과, (라)바인더를 함침한 코어보디에 슬러리를 피복한 다음 건조하는 공정 및 (마) 이 피막층에 파라핀왁스를 도포하는 공정등으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항의 (가)공정에 있어서, 골재는 규사를 주성분으로 하고, 무기바인더는 규산 소오다를 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어의 제조방법.
  4. 제2항의 (다)공정에 있어서, 바인더는 에틸실리케이트 및 콜로이드질실리카의 적어도 한편을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어의 제조방법.
  5. 제2항의 (라)공정에 있어서, 상기(라) 공정에서의 슬러리를 정선도장법에 의하여 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어의 제조방법.
  6. 제2항의 (라) 공정에 있어서, 코어보디(10)를 슬러리통에 침지함에 따라 슬러리를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어의 제조방법.
  7. 제2항의 (라)공정에 있어서, 슬러티는 스프레이도장법에 의하여 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어의 제조방법.
  8. (가)공재와 무기바인더를 혼련하는 공정과, (나)이 혼련물을 코어형틀에 주입하고, 경화하여 코어보디를 형성하는 공정과, (다)이 경화한 코어보디(10)바인더를 침지하여 코어보디(10)의 표면으로 부터 이 바인더를 함침시키는 공정과, (라)이 바인더를 함침시킨 코어보디(10)에 슬러리를 피막한 다음 건조하는 공정과, (마) 이 피막층의 표면에 파라핀왁스를 도포함에 따라 코어로 하는 공정과, (바) 이 코어(10A)를 형틀내에 위치결정하여 이 형틀내에 소실모형(20)재를 주입하여, 코어를 포괄주조(鑄조)한 소실묘형(20)을 형성하는 공정과, (사) 이 소실모형(20)에 슬러리 및 스터코우알갱이를 번갈아 여러번 도포하여 내학물층을형성하여 건조하는 공정과, (아) 소실모형(20)을 소실시켜서 주형을 형성하는 공정 및, (자) 코어(10A)와 내화물층과를 동시에 소성하는 공정등으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조밀주조용 주형의 제조방법.
