Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a mold capable of shake-out efficiently after casting, by providing one to several layers of molding layers to be broken after baking, being formed by special method, in multiple molding layers of ceramics, in the investment casting method.
CONSTITUTION: A tree 3 is set up by forming product pattern 3a and runner wax pattern 3b by ordinary method, and is dipped in soluble refractory slurry using colloidal silica or the like as binder, and stuccoing agent is sprinkled, deposited and dried. By repeating this process one to three times is formed molding layer 2a by ceramics.
