Claims (13)

  1. 적어도 하나의 수화제, 분산제 및 수화분산제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 다공성 바이오폴리머 입자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 평균 크기가 0.5 내지 2mm이고 겉보기 밀도가 0.7 이하인 다공성 바이오폴리머 입자.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 통기도가 40 내지 60%인 다공성 바이오폴리머 입자.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 수화제, 분산제, 및 수화분산제의 함량이 입자의 중량에 대해 0.5 내지10%인 다공성 바이오폴리머 입자.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 수화제, 분산제, 및 수화분산제가 표면 활성제인 다공성 바이오폴리머 입자.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 수화제가 지방산의 비누, 술페이트 및 술페이트화 생성물, 옥시에틸렌화 유도체의 포스포르산 에스테르, 알칼리금속술포네이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌화 알킬페놀, 플리옥시에틸렌화 지방알코올 및 지방산 또는 폴리옥시프로필렌화 지방알코올 및 지방산, 폴리옥시에틸렌-폴리옥시프로필렌화 지방알코올 및 지방산, 지방산 알칼올아미드, 다가알코올의 에스테르 및 이들의 폴리옥시에틸렌화 유도체로부터 선택된 다공성 바이오폴리머 입자.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수화제가 폴리옥시에틸렌화 노닐페놀, 알칼리금속 알킬벤젠술포네이트, 알칼리금속술포숙시네이트, 당글리세라이드 또는 폴리옥시에틸렌화 지방알코올인 다공성 바이오폴리머 입자.
  8. 제1 내지 4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 분산제가 불포화 카르복실산의 호모폴리머 및 이들과 α-올레핀과의 코폴리머, 알케닐술포네이트, 나프탈렌술포네이트 및 알킬나프탈렌술포네이트와 폴리포스 페이트로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 다공성 바이오폴리머 입자.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 소디움폴리메틸렌나프탈렌술포네이트 및 소디움디옥틸술포숙시네이트의 혼합물을 함유하는 다공성 바이오폴리머 입자.
  10. 제1 내지 9항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 바이오폴리머가 크산탄검인 다공성 바이오폴리머 입자.
  11. 제1 내지 10항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 바이오폴리머가 천연, 개량된 천연 또는 합성검으로 혼합된 다공성 바이오폴리머 입자.
  12. 제1 내지 11항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 유동형 베드는 기체의 흐름하에서 바이오폴리머 분말로 형성되고, 적어도 하나의 수화제, 분산제 및 수화분산제를 바이오폴리머 분말에 혼합시킨 또는 분무용 수용액에 도입시킨 수용액을 분말에 분무하여 입자를 응집시키고, 얻어진 입자를 동시에 또는 연속적으로 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 다공성 바이오폴리머 입자의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 분무되는 물의 양이 입자화되는 질량의 5내지 100%인 다공성 바이오폴리머 입자의 제조방법.
