Claims (12)

  1. 다음 식의 화합물
    여기에서,
    X는 산소 또는 유황 ;
    R은 할로겐 ; C1-C2알킬 ; C1-C2알콕시 ; 니트로 ; 시아노 ; C1-C2할로알킬 ; 또는 RaSOn-, 여기에서 n은 0 또는 2 그리고 Ra는 C1-C|2알킬 ;
    R1은 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬 ;
    R2는 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬 ;
    R3은 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬 ;
    R4는 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬 ; 또는
    R1및 R3은 모두 탄소원자수 2-5의 알킬렌 ; 또는
    R2및 R4는 모두 탄소원자수 2-5의 알킬렌 ; 그리고

  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, R5및 R6은 각각 수소 ; 염소 ; 플루오르 ; 브롬 ; 메틸 ; 메톡시 ; 트리플루오로메톡시; 시아노 ; 니트로 ;트리플루오로메틸 ; RbSOn-, 여기에서 n은 정수 2 그리고 Rb는 메틸, 클로로메틸, 트리플루오로메틸, 시아노메틸, 에틸 또는 n-프로필 ; -NRcRd, 여기에서 Rc및 Rd는 각각 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬 ; ReC(O)-, 여기에서 Re는 C1-C4알킬 ; 또는 C1-C4알콕시 또는 SO2NRcRd, 여기에서 Rc및 Rd는 상기 정의와 같고, 그리고 R5는 3-위에 있고, R6은 4-위에 있는 화합물.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, R5는 수소 그리고 R6은 수소, 염소, 브롬, 플루오르, 시아노, 또는 RbSO2-, 여기에서 Rb는 C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4할로알킬인 화합물.
  5. 제 1,2,3 또는 4 항에 기재된 화합물 또는 그 염의 제초유효량을 억제를 요하는 지역에 투여하여 이루어지는 원하지 않는 식물체의 억제방법.
  6. 제초유효한 3-(벤조일)-4-옥소발레로락톤 또는 3-(벤조일)-4-옥소발레로티오락톤 또는 그 염 및 불활성 담체로 이루어지는 제초제 조성물.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 3-(벤조일)-4-옥소발레로락톤 또는 3-(벤조일)-4-옥소발레로티오락톤은 제 1,2,3 또는 4 항에 기재된 화합물인 제초제 조성물.
  8. 제초유효한 3-(벤조일)-4-옥소발레로락톤 또는 3-(벤조일)-4-옥소발레로티오락톤 또는 그 염 및 불활성 담체로 이루어지는 제초제 조성물을 억제를 요하는 지역에 투여하여 이루어지는 원하지 않는 식물체의 억제방법.
  9. 다음 식의 중간체 화합물
    여기에서,
    X는 산소, 유황 ;
    R은 할로겐 ; C1-C2알킬 ; C1-C2알콕시 ; 니트로 ; 시아노 ; C1-C2할로알킬 ; 또는 RaSOn-, 여기에서 n은 0 또는 2 그리고 Ra는 C1-C2알킬 ;
    R1은 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬 ;
    R2는 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬 ;
    R3은 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬 ;
    R4는 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬 ; 또는
    R1및 R3은 모두 탄소원자수 2-5의 알킬렌 ; 또는
    R2및 R4는 모두 탄소원자수 2-5의 알킬렌 ; 그리고

    다음 식의 치환 벤조일 반응물 1 몰량과
    여기에서 R5및 R6은 상기 정의와 같고, Y는 할로겐 C1-C4알킬 -C-(O)-O-, C1-C4알콕시 -C(O)-O- 또는
    여기에서, R,R5및 R6은 분자의 이 부분에서 상기 반응물과 동일하고,
    1 몰량 또는 그 이상의 완화염기와 반응시킴에 의하여 다음 식의 에놀에스테르를 행성하고,
    여기에서, X 및 R 내지 R9은 상기 정의와 같고,
    2) 1 몰량의 에놀에스테르 및 1 내지 4 몰의 완화염기와 0.01 내지 0.5몰 또는 그 이상의 시안화물원과를 반응시켜 원하는 제초제 화합물을 행성하는 단계로 이루어지는 상기 제초제 화합물의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, Y는 할로겐, 완화염기는 트리 -C1-C6알킬아민, 피리딘, 탄산 알칼리금속, 또는 인산 알칼리금속 그리고 시안화물원은 시안화 알칼리금속 시안화물, 메틸 C1-C4알킬케톤의 시아노히드린, 벤즈알데히드 또는 C2-C5지방족 알데히드의 시아노히드린 ; 시아노히드린, 시안화아연 ; 트리(저급알킬)실릴 시안화물 또는 시안화수소인 상기 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, Y는 염소, 완화염기는 트리 -C1-C6알킬아민, 피리딘, 탄산나트륨 또는 인산나트륨, 그리고 시안화물원은 시안화칼륨, 아세톤 시아노히드린 또는 시안화수소인 상기 제조방법.
