Claims (11)
- 일반식(I)의 화합물 :식중 R1은 독립적으로 H,CN,NO2, 할로겐, 저급알킬, 저급할로알킬로 부터 선택되고 : m은 1-4까지의 정수이며, R2는 R1이 상기한 바와같은 CR1또는 N : R3는 일반식(a),(b) 또는 (c)그룹,또는 이들의 질소 산화물 또는 4차염 유도체 ;R4는 그룹는 독립적으로 H, 저급알킬, 할로겐으로부터 선택되거나 또는 R5와 R6기 함께 =CH2를 형성하거나 또는 R5,R6와 탄소원자가 함께 연결되어 C3-6시클로알킬 고리를 형성하며 ;SO3H ; R9은 저급 알킬 ; R10은 저급알킬 또는 페닐 : n은 0.1 또는 2 ; R11은 수소, 임의로 치환된 저급알킬, 임의로 치환된 저급 알케닐, 임의로 치환된 저급 알키닐,〔(CH2)2O〕p(CH2)qOR10,-N=C(R10), -N=C(R10)2, 임의로 치횐된 페닐, 임의로 치환된 벤질, 임의로 치환된 시클로알킬 ; p는 0.1 또는 2; q는 2-5의 정수 ; R12는 H 또는 저급 알킬 ; R13및 R14는 독립적으로 H, 저급알킬, 저급시킬로알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, SO2R10,N(R12)2,(R10)3로 부터 선택되고 ; R14는 임의의 하이드록시-또는 페닐-치환된 C1-4알킬 라디칼, 페닐라디칼 또는 클로로 페닐라디칼, C1-4알콕시 라디칼, 또는 R15는 수소 또는 C1-4알킬이고, R16은 수소 C1-4알킬, 페닐인 -NR15R16그룹, 또는 5원 또는 6원 복소환식 고리를 구성하거나 알킬 4차 유도체, R8이 카복실 그룹일때는 이의 염을 구성하게되는 -NR13R14그룹일 수 있다.
- (R)에난티오머 형태인 일반식(I) 화합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R3가인 화합물.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 R4가 -인 화합물.식중, n, R6,R11은 제1항에서와 동일함.
- 제4항에 있어서, R11이 C1-4알킬이고 R6가 H 또는 C1-4알킬이고 R6가 H또는 C1-4알킬인 화합물.
- 제1항에 일반식(I) 화합물과 담체 또는 회석제가 결합된 것으로 구성된 제초용 조성물.
- 제1항의 일반식(I) 화합물을 효용량 식물 또는 식물이 소재하는 곳에 살포하는 것으로 이루어지는 불필요한 식물의 성장을 억제하거나 또는 죽이는 방법.
- a) 일반식(II) 화합물을식중, R1,R2및 m은 제1항에서와 동일. 염기의 존재하에서 일반식(III) 화합물과 반응시키거나식중, R5, R6, R7, R8은 일반식(I)에서와 동일하고 X는 이탈기.또는 염기의 존재하에서 일반식(IV) 화합물과 반응시키고식중, R21과 R22는 독립적으로 H 또는 저급알킬 ; R23은 R34가 저급알킬인 COOR24, CHO 또는 CNB)R3이 부분그룹(b)이고 R4가 그룹 R25-CH-R26, R25는 CH2OH, COOH, COO-M=, COOR25또는 P(OC2H5)2'MF양이온, R29는 저급알킬, R26은 수소 또는 저급알킬인 경우에는 일반식(V) 화합물을 고리로만들고;c) R3이 부분그룹(a) 또는 (b)인 경우에는 일반(VIII)화합물을식중, R4는 일반식(I)에서와 동일. 일반식(VIII)화합물과 반응시키고식중, R1, R2및 m은 일반식(I)에서와 동일, Y는 할로 또는d) R3이 부분그룹(b)이고 R3는 R27이 H 또는 저급알킬인인 경우에는 일반식 (VI)화합물을일반식(Ⅶ)화합물과 반응시킨뒤 필요하다면 i) 일반식 (I)의 R8이 알콕시카보닐일때당해 산으로 가수분해시키고 ii) 일반식 I)의 R8이 COOH일때 에스테르화하거나 또는 염, 아미드,설폰아미드, 하이드라지드 또는 하이드라지늄 유도체로 만들고 iii)일반식(I)의 R8이 알콤일때 COOH 또는 CHO로 산화시키는; 단계중 하나 이상의 단계를 실행하는 것으로 구성된; 제1항의 일반식(I) 화합물의 제조방법.
- 일반식(Ⅴ) 화합물 :식중, (R1)m, R2, R25, 및 R26은 제8항에서와 동일.
- 일반식(II) 화합물:식중, 일반식(II)가 5-2-클로로-4-(트리플루오로메틸)페복시-1H-벤조트리아졸이 아니라면 (R1)m과R2는 제8항에서와 동일.
- 일반식(ⅧA) 화합물식중, R4는 제8항에서와 동일함.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
