Claims (10)

  1. 약 0.5 내지 약 ㎍/24h의 속도로 17β-에스트라 디올을 지속적으로 유출함을 특징으로하는 17β-에스트라디올 및 지주 기질의 결합물을 포함하는 에스트로겐 결핍 여성을 치료하기 위한 질 내의 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 유출 속도가 약 1 내지 약 10㎍/24h 더 바람직하게는 약 4내지 약 8㎍/24h 임을 특징으로 하는 질 내의 장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 유출 속도가 적어도 한달 동안은 본질적으로 일정함을 특징으로 하는 질 내의 장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 장치는 모형 내로 균일하게 분산된 에스트라디올을 가지는 약리학적으로 적합한 엘라스토머의 중심과 상기 중심 주위를 감싸는 외부의 엘라스토머로 구성되는 링의 형태를 취함을 특징으로하는 질 내의 장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 중심 엘라스토머는 폴리디메틸실록산이고 상기 외부 엘라스토머 층은 실리콘관임을 특징으로 하는 질 내의 장치.
  6. 17β-에스트라디올 및 기질의 상대적인 량은 장치가 약 0.5내지 25㎍/24h 속도로 17β-에스트라디올을 지속적으로 방출하는 량임을 특징으로하는, 17β-에스트라디올 및 지주 기질의 결합 단계를 포함하는 에스트로겐 결핍 여성의 치료를 위한 질내의 장치의 제조방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 유출 속도는 약 1내지 약 10㎍/24h 바람직하게는 약 4내지 약 8㎍/24h로 다양함을 특징으로하는 질 내의 장치의 제조방법.
  8. 제 6 항 또는 7항에 있어서, 유출속도는 적어도 한달동안은 본질적으로 일정함을 특징으로 하는 질내의 장치의 제조방법.
  9. 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 링의 형태를 취하며 17β-에스트라디올은 약리학적으로 적합한 엘라스토머 내에 균일하게 분산되고, 중심은 상기 엘라스토머로 부터 제조되며 약리학적으로 적합한 엘라스토머의 외부 층은 중심 주위를 에워싸고, 얻어진 장치는 경화됨을 특징으로하는 질 내의 장치의 제조방법.
  10. 제 6 항 내지 제 9 항이 있어서, 중심 직경과 외부층의 두께 사이의 비율은 0.3과 6 더 바람직하게는 0.4와 2사이로 다양함을 특징으로하는 질 내의 장치의 제조방법.
