Claims (4)

  1. 하부 밀폐용기의 위쪽에 배설되고 또한, 그 흡입쪽이 상기 하부 밀폐용기 내에 연통하는 압축기구와 상기 하부 밀폐용기 내에 있어서의 압축기구의 하부에 배설되고, 크랭크축을 개재해서 상기 압축기구를 구동하는 전동기를 구비한 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기구를, 고정소용돌이 날개의 가진 고정소용돌이 날개부품과, 상기 고정소용돌이 날개와 맞물려서 복수개의 압축공간을 형성하는 선회소용돌이 날개를 가진 선회소용돌이 날개부품과, 이 선회소용돌이 날개부품을 선회구동하는 크랭크축과, 이 크랭크축의 주축을 지지하는 베어링부품과, 상기 선회날개 부품의 자전을 방지하고 선회만을 시키는 자전구속부품과, 상기 선회소용돌이 날개부품의 축방향의 부세력을 받는 드러스트베어링고, 상기 고정소용돌이 날개부품과 상기 베어링부품과의 사이에 개재된 간막이 프레임 부품과, 상기 고정소용돌이 날개부품에 형성되고 또한, 상기 압축공간내의 압축기체를 토출하는 토출구로 구성하고, 또 상기 하부밀폐용기와 짝을 이루고 또한, 상기 고정소용돌이 날개부품을 둘러싸는 토출 밀폐용기를 배설하고, 상기 하부밀폐용기 개구단과 상기 토출 밀폐용기 개구단의 사이에 상기 간막이 프레임 부품을 개재시키고, 상기 하부 밀폐용기, 토출 밀폐용기, 간막이 프레임 부품을 개재시키고, 상기 하부 밀폐용기, 토출 밀폐용기, 간막이 프레임 부품의 전체둘레를용접 고정해서 상기 간막이 프레임 부품에 의해서, 하부 밀폐용기와 토출 밀폐용기를 각각 밀봉한 전동압축기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    간막이 프레임 부품에 있어서의 베어링부품과 고정소용돌이 날개부품이 각각 당접하는 단면부를, 서로 평행한 평면으로 형성하고, 또 상기 베어링부품이 이 간막이 프레임 부품에 당접하는 평면과 드러스트 베어링이 당접하는 평면을 동일 평면으로 한 전동압축기.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    간막이 프레임 부품의 원주면 전체둘레에, 하부 밀폐용기개구단과 토출밀폐용기 개구단으로 협지되어, 용접고정되는 연속된 돌조(突條)를 형성한 전동압축기.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서,
    간막이 프레임 부품의 원주면 전체둘레에, 하부밀폐용기 개구단과 투출밀폐용기 개구단으로 협지되어, 용접고정되는 연속된 돌조를 형성한 전동압축기.
