제1도는 스크롤식 압축기 전체의 개략 구성을 나타낸 종단면도, 제2도는 폐쇄판의 가스유출구의 개방 상태를 나타낸 주요부의 종단면도, 제3도는 역류 방지 밸브 기구의 조작판을 나타낸 평면도, 제4도는 폐쇄판의 가스유출구의 폐쇄상태를 나타낸 주요부의 종단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 밀폐 케이스(1)의 하부에 배치된 스크롤식 압축기구부(3)와, 밀폐 케이스 외부에서 가스를 스크롤식 압축기구부로 인도하는 흡입 파이프(26)와, 스크롤식 압축기구부의 상부에 배치된 구동모터(4)와, 스크롤식 압축기구부의 지지프레임에 일체적으로 형성되어 구동모터의 회전축을 축지지하는 베어링부(12)와, 밀폐케이스와 구동모터 사이에 형성된 상부 압력실(36)과, 밀폐케이스의 상부에 형성된 압축가스 토출 파이프(27)를 갖춘 스크롤식 압축기에 있어서, 전술한 구동모터의 로터의 전술한 상부 압력실에 향하는 상부엔드링의 상면 오프닝부에 위치하는 폐쇄판(32)과, 전술한 구동모터의 회전축에 형성되는 스크롤식 압축기구부에서 토출된 압축가스를 로터의 상부엔드링 내부로 인도하는 압축가스통로(31)와, 전술한 구동모터의 로터와 회전축의 적어도 한쪽에 형성되어 로터의 상부엔드링 내부의 압축가스를 구동모터와 스크롤식 압축기구부와의 사이의 하부 압력실내로 인도하는 제 1 의 압축가스통로(34)와, 적어도 구동모터의 고정자와 로터와의 상이 또는 구동모터의 고정자와 밀폐케이스와의 사이의 어느 것에 형성되어 하부 압력실내의 압축가스를 상부 압력실내로 인도하는 제2의압축가스통로(g1) (g2)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤식 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 폐쇄판에 설치되어 로터의 상부엔드링 내부의 압축가스를 상부 압력실내로 인도하는 가스유출구(37) 및 압축가스의 온도에 따라 가스유출구를 개폐하는 역류방지 밸브기구(38)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤식 압축기.
