Abstract

本发明提供了一种密封旋转式压缩机的旋转轴。其包括沿轴中心贯通形成的油路;为了紧贴在气缸的内侧面而在旋转轴的下部偏心形成的偏心部;为使通过油路吸入的机油喷射到压缩部而在旋转轴的外柱面上形成的多个机油喷孔;为将流入到油路内的制冷气体排出而在旋转轴的外柱面上形成的排气孔;和插在旋转轴上端油路出口处且具有倒置杯子形状的可防止机油流出的格栅。本发明提供的密封旋转式压缩机的旋转轴是在油路出口处设置了可防止机油流出的格栅,这样就可以明显减少流入到制冷系统中的机油量;而且还可以在旋转轴上不设置排气孔,从而可以确保旋转轴的可靠性和良好的加工性能。

Description

密封旋转式压缩机的旋转轴
技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封旋转式压缩机的旋转轴,特别是涉及一种可防止机油流出的密封旋转式压缩机的旋转轴。
背景技术
通常,适用于空调等家用电器的密封旋转式压缩机是在与电动机部形成一体的旋转轴上偏心设置压缩部的滚环,滚环可在圆筒形气缸内进行转动的同时吸入、压缩制冷气体而后排出。图1为已有技术的密封旋转式压缩机正向剖视图。如图1所示,已有技术的密封旋转式压缩机在装有一定量的机油并配有吸入管SP和排出管DP的机壳1内部设置了电动机部的定子2及转子3,转子3的中心插有旋转轴4,而旋转轴4的下端则设有压缩部。压缩部包括:固定在机壳1内周面上并与吸入管SP相通的圆筒形气缸5;紧贴在气缸5的两端且旋转轴4从其中心贯通穿过的上部轴承6A及下部轴承6B;连接在旋转轴4上在进行自转的同时还可在气缸5内偏心旋转的滚环7;和图中未示出的可压在滚环7的外周面上且在滚环7进行转动时做直线运动,并将气缸5划分为吸入空间和压缩空间的叶片。旋转轴4内部的油路4a沿其轴向贯通形成,油路4a的下端设有图中未示出的可吸入机壳1底部机油10的送油器。图中未说明的符号6a表示输出孔,8表示输出阀门组件,9表示输出消音器。当定子2连接电源时,转子3可在定子2内旋转,与此同时,与转子3相结合的旋转轴4一同旋转时滚环7可在气缸5内偏心旋转。随着滚环7的偏心旋转,制冷气体被吸入到压缩空间内并被压缩至一定压力,当气缸5内压缩空间的压力超过临界压力,即超过机壳1的内部压力时,设置于上部轴承6A上的输出阀门组件8就被打开,这样压缩空间内的压缩气体就可排出到机壳1的内部。然后,压缩气体通过机壳1和定子2之间的缝隙或定子2和转子3之间的缝隙移至上部,最后经排出管DP排到制冷循环系统当中。这时,装在机壳1底部的机油10则通过图中未示出的送油器及油路4a被吸到旋转轴4的上端而后飞散,在润滑各个零件的同时冷却电动机部而后流到机壳1的底面。但是,在这种已有技术的密封旋转式压缩机中,大量的机油会通过油路4a直接进到排出管DP中。进到排出管DP并与制冷气体一同排出的机油经过制冷循环系统时压力会降低,并残留在冷媒管的下部或弯管附近。这样,相对于排出的机油量而言,吸入的机油量就会减少,而机壳1内部的机油逐渐减少则会导致各个零件由于缺少机油而引起摩擦,从而降低了零件的寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可防止机油通过油路直接进入排出管中的密封旋转式压缩机的旋转轴。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供的密封旋转式压缩机的旋转轴包括:沿轴中心贯通形成的油路;为了紧贴在气缸的内侧面而在旋转轴的下部偏心形成的偏心部;为使通过油路吸入的机油喷射到压缩部而在旋转轴的外柱面上形成的多个机油喷孔;为将流入到油路内的制冷气体排出而在旋转轴的外柱面上形成的排气孔;和插在旋转轴上端油路出口处且具有倒置杯子形状的可防止机油流出的格栅。
本发明提供的密封旋转式压缩机的旋转轴包括:沿轴中心贯通形成的油路;为了紧贴在气缸的内侧面而在旋转轴的下部偏心形成的偏心部;为使通过油路吸入的机油喷射到压缩部而在旋转轴的外柱面上形成的多个机油喷孔;和插在旋转轴上端油路出口处且具有倒置杯子形状的可防止机油流出的格栅,并且格栅的上端面上具有可排出油路内制冷气体的排气孔。
本发明提供的密封旋转式压缩机的旋转轴是在油路出口处设置了可防止机油流出的格栅,这样就可以明显减少流入到制冷系统中的机油量;而且还可以在旋转轴上不设置排气孔,从而可以确保旋转轴的可靠性和良好的加工性能。

具体实施方式
在本发明中,与已有技术的密封旋转式压缩机相同的部件使用相同的符号。图2为本发明第1实施例中的密封旋转式压缩机正向剖视图。如图2所示,本发明第1实施例中的密封旋转式压缩机包括装有一定量的机油并配有吸入管SP和排出管DP的机壳1;由定子2及转子3构成的电动机部;转子3的中心压入的旋转轴110;和旋转轴110的下侧设置的压缩部。所述的压缩部包括:固定在机壳1的内周面且与吸入管SP相通的圆筒形气缸5;紧贴在气缸5两端且旋转轴4从其中心贯通穿过的上部轴承6A及下部轴承6B;与旋转轴4相接在进行自转的同时还可在气缸5内做偏心旋转运动的滚环7;和图中未示出的可压在滚环7的外周面上且在滚环7进行转动时做直线运动,并将气缸5划分成吸入空间和压缩空间的叶片。图中未说明的符号6a表示输出孔,8表示输出阀门组件,9表示输出消音器,A表示储液罐。图3为图2中的旋转轴纵向剖视图。如图3所示,本发明提供的密封旋转式压缩机中的旋转轴110包括:沿轴中心贯通形成的油路114;为了紧贴在气缸5的内侧面而在旋转轴110的下部偏心形成的偏心部111;为使通过油路114吸入的机油喷射到压缩部而在旋转轴110的外柱面上形成的多个机油喷孔112;为将流入到油路114内的制冷气体排出而在旋转轴110的外柱面上形成的排气孔115;和插在旋转轴110上端油路114出口处且具有倒置杯子形状的可防止机油流出的格栅120。图4a为图3中的格栅仰视图。图4b为图3中的格栅纵向剖视图。如图4a、图4b所示,所述的格栅120包括上端面121和侧面122,而为了增加密封效果则在侧面122上形成了多个槽123。当定子2连接电源时,转子3在定子2的内部旋转,与此同时,与转子3相结合的旋转轴4一同旋转时滚环7可在气缸5内偏心旋转。随着滚环7的偏心旋转,制冷气体被吸入到压缩空间内并被压缩至一定压力,当气缸5内压缩空间的压力超过临界压力,即超过机壳1的内部压力时,设置在上部轴承6A上的输出阀门组件8就被打开,这样压缩空间内的压缩气体就可排出到机壳1的内部。然后,压缩气体通过机壳1和定子2之间的缝隙或定子2和转子3之间的缝隙移至上部,最后经排出管DP排到制冷循环系统当中。这时,装在机壳1底部的机油则通过图中未示出的送油器及油路114吸入,并通过机油喷孔112喷射到压缩部,而流入到油路114内的制冷气体则通过排气孔115排出。而吸入到油路114上端的机油则被可防止机油流出的格栅120挡住而不会再进入到排出管DP中。图5为本发明第2实施例中的旋转轴纵向剖视图。如图5所示,本发明第2实施例中的密封旋转式压缩机的结构与第1实施例相比,只在旋转轴和可防止机油流出的格栅结构上有所差异,而其它的结构则相同。本发明第2实施例中的旋转轴210包括:沿轴中心贯通形成的油路214;为了紧贴在气缸5的内侧面而在旋转轴210的下部偏心形成的偏心部211;为使通过油路214吸入的机油喷射到压缩部而在旋转轴210的外柱面上形成的多个机油喷孔212;和插在旋转轴210上端油路214出口处且具有倒置杯子形状的可防止机油流出的格栅220。
图6a为图5中的格栅仰视图。图6b为图5中的格栅纵向剖视图。如图6a、图6b所示,所述的可防止机油流出的格栅220包括上端面221和侧面222,并且,上端面221上还具有可排出油路214内制冷气体的排气孔223。在本发明第2实施例中的密封旋转式压缩机中,只在通过油路214吸入的制冷气体通过格栅220上形成的排气孔223排出这一点上与第1实施例不同。即第1实施例中的排气孔115设置在旋转轴110上,应力较集中,对可靠性和加工性能方面都有不利的影响。但在第2实施例中设置了带有排气孔223的格栅220,这样就能防止机油通过油路214流入到排出管DP中,并且旋转轴210上没有设置排气孔,因而可以确保旋转轴210的可靠性和加工性能。

Claims (2)

1、一种密封旋转式压缩机的旋转轴,包括沿轴中心贯通形成的油路(114);为了紧贴在气缸(5)的内侧面而在旋转轴(110)的下部偏心形成的偏心部(111);为使通过油路(114)吸入的机油喷射到压缩部而在旋转轴(110)的外柱面上形成的多个机油喷孔(112);为将流入到油路(114)内的制冷气体排出而在旋转轴(110)的外柱面上形成的排气孔(115);其特征在于:所述的密封旋转式压缩机的旋转轴还包括插在旋转轴(110)上端油路(114)出口处且具有倒置杯子形状的可防止机油流出的格栅(120)。
2、一种密封旋转式压缩机的旋转轴,包括沿轴中心贯通形成的油路(214);为了紧贴在气缸(5)的内侧面而在旋转轴(210)的下部偏心形成的偏心部(211);为使通过油路(214)吸入的机油喷射到压缩部而在旋转轴(210)的外柱面上形成的多个机油喷孔(212);其特征在于:所述的密封旋转式压缩机的旋转轴还包括插在旋转轴(210)上端油路(214)出口处且具有倒置杯子形状的可防止机油流出的格栅(220),并且格栅(220)的上端面(221)上具有可排出油路(214)内制冷气体的排气孔(223)。
