Claims (3)

  1. 대판상에 직립하는 소용돌이 형상의 랩을 가지는 선회 스크로울과 고정 스크로울을, 랩을 서로 내설으로 향하게 조립하고, 선회스크로울에 선회 운동을 가하여 양 스크로울의 랩과 대판으로 형성되는 밀폐공간이 중심 방향으로 이동함에 따라 용적을 감소하고, 압축을 행하는 스크로울 압축기부와 모터를 구동축에 의하여 연결하고, 그 구동축을 지지하는 축받이를 설치한 프레임을 상기 스크로울 압축기부와 모터의 사이에 배설하여 서로 연결 고정하여 게이싱 내에 수납한 스크로울 압축기에 있어서, 상기 프레임이 제1주축받이부와 제2주축받이부를 동심축 가공 가능한 하나의 프레임체이고, 그 제1, 제2주축받이의 사이에서, 제1주축가까이의 상기 프레임에 상기 제1, 제2주축받이에 지지되는 주축에 설치된 밸런서가 회전 가능한 공간실을 형성되게 설치하고 상기 프레임의 외주부에 상기 공간실과 연통하는 상기 밸런서를 넣고 꺼내기가 가능한 개구를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임의 외주부에 설치한 개구가, 축심을 중심으로 하여 대칭 위치에 2개소 설치된 스크로울 압축기.
  3. 대판상에 직립하는 소용돌이 형상의 랩을 가지는 선회 스크로울과 고정스크로울을 랩을 서로 내설을 향하게 하여 조립하고, 선희 스크로울에 선회 운동을 가하여, 양스크로울의 랩과 대판으로 형성되는 밀폐 공간이 중심 방향으로 이동함에 따라 그 용적을 감소하여 압축을 행하는 스크로올 압축기부와, 모터를 구동축에 의하여 연결하고, 그 구동축을 지지하는 축받이를 설치한 프레임을 상기 스크로울 압축기부와 모터의 사이에 배설하여 서로 연결 고정하여 케이싱내에 수납한 스크로울 압축기를 사용한 냉매 사이클의 공조기용 스크로울 압축기에 있어서, 상기 스크로울이 제1주축받이부와 제2주축받이부를 동축심 가공 가능한 하나의 프레임체이고, 그 제1, 제2주축받이의 사이에서 제1축받이 가까이의 상기 프레임에 상기 제1, 제2주축받이에 지지되는 주축에 설치한 벨런서가 회전 가능한 공간실을 형성하게 설치하고, 상기 프레임의 외주부에 상기 공간실과 연통하는 상기 벨런서를 넣고 꺼내기가 가능한 개구를 설치하고, 상기 공간실 및 상기 선회 스크로울 배면의 배면실과 상기 케이싱 내를 균압하는 균압구멍을 상기 프레임에 관통시켜 설치하고, 그 케이싱내를 상기 냉매 사이클의 저압축과 연통시킨 공조기용 스크로울 압축기.
