Claims (12)

  1. 폴리(m-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드)로 구성된 직물에 소정의 무늬를 날염하는 공정에 있어서, 상기 공정은
    (a) 디메틸 설폭 사이드, N-N-디메틸 아세트 아미드, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되었고, 아라미드 섬유를 팽창시키고, 상기 섬유안에 염료를 유입시키도록 되어 있는 고극성 용제와, 적어도 하나는 상기 극성 용제 및 용해되는 유기 염료와, 상기 극성 용제 및 염료에 적합한 날염페이스트 농화제와, 물 및 임의로 적어도 하나의 난연제로 구성된 날염페이스트를 상기 아라미드 직물의 표면에 있는 소정의 무늬에 바르는 단계와;
    (b) 상기 날염된 직물 내측에 염료를 충분히 침투 고착시키기 위해서 상승될 온도로 상기 날염된 직물을 건조하고 큐어링하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 날염공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정은 (c)상기 날염되고 큐어링된 직물을 행구고 세척하여 상기 직물에 남아있는 날염페이스트와 고착되지 않은 염료를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 날염공정.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 115℃ 내지 190℃의 온도 범위에서 단계(b)에서 큐어링 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 날염공정.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 날염페이스트는 아크릴 산 폴리머로 구성된 농화제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 날염공정.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고극성 용제의 양이 약 70 내지 85중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 날염공정.
  6. 폴리(m-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드)를 포함하는 직물은 소정의 무늬를 날염 및 염색하는 안정되고 동형인 날염페이스트에 있어서, 상기 날염페이스트는 폴리(m-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드) 섬유를 팽창시켜 상기 섬유안에 염료를 유입시키도록 되어 있는 약 70 내지 85중량%의 고극성 용제와, 고극성 용제에 용해되면, 상기 섬유에 염색 및 고착될 수 있는 유기 염료로 구성된 염료와, 상기 고극성 용제에 용해되고 유기 염료와 화합할 수 있는 날염페이스트 농화제 및 밸런스 물로 구성되며, 상기 고극성 용제는 디메틸 설폭사이드, N,N-디메틸 포름아미드, N,N-디메틸아세드아미드, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되며, 농화제는 본 발명의 다른 요소와 함께 충분히 제공되어 상기 날염 페이스트가 약 5.000 내지 36.000cps범위의 점 성을 갖게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 날염 페이스트.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 날염 페이스트는 다른 형성 성분과 화합할 수 있는 방염제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 날염 페이스트.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 농화제는 약 450.000 내지 약 4.000.000의 분자량을 가진 폴리아크릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 날염페이스트.
  9. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고극성 용제는 디메틸 설폭사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 날염페이스트.
  10. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유기염류는 양이온제 염료, 음이온제 염료, 분사염료, 섬유반응제 염료, 배트염료, 아조직염료, 용제염료 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 날염페이스트.
  11. 제1항의 공정에 의해서 제조된 날염되고 염색된 직물.
  12. 날염되고 염색되고 방염 폴리(m-페닐렌 이시프탈아미드)직조 또는 편사직물은 상기 직물위에 무늬가 날염되 있으며, 염색되지 않고 처리되지 않은 관련 직물보다 휠씬 방염성이 우수한 날염되고 염색된 방염폴리 직조 또는 편사 직물.
