제2도는 염료, 팽윤제 및 경유에 따라서 패드조로부터의 화염 방지제를 직물에 공급하고, 텐터오븐에서 섬유를 건조 및 착색한 후에, 세척하여 증기캔적층물에서 건조하는 방법을 도시하는 개략도.
제3도는 승온상태에서 염료패드조를 직물에 적용하고, 직물을 주위온도에서 염료착색시간동안 유지한 후 세척 및 건조하는 방법을 도시하는 개략도

Claims (19)
- 하기의 단계로이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리(m-페닐렌 이소프ㅡ탈아미드) 섬유의 연속 염색 방법.(1) 염색성의 폴리(m-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드) 섬유를 이 섬유를 팽윤시키도록된 N-메틸피롤리돈, 디메틸설록시드 및 디메틸아세트아미드로 이루어진 군에서 서택된 유기 팽윤제와 염색용액에 용해된 용제 혼화성 염료로 구성된 염색용액과 접촉시키는 단계와,(2) 단계 (1)에서 처리된 폴리(m-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드) 섬유를 가열하여 이 섬유에 상기 염료를 정착시키는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염색용액은 화염방지제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용액은 40중량부까지의 희석제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서 상기 용액은 중량비가 약 70:30 내지 약 90:10인 상기 유기 팽윤제와 희석제인 물의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 용액은 중량비가 약 70:30 내지 약 90:10인 디메틸설폭시드와 물의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 용액은 중량비가 약 90:10인 디메틸 설폭시드와 물의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 하기의 연속단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리(m-페닐렌이소프탈아미드)섬유의 연속 염색 방법.-팽윤제는 섬유를 팽윤시켜서 염료가 섬유내로 도입하여 정착되도록 하고,-팽윤제와 불활성 희석제는 염색섬유의 기계적 강도가 비처리 섬유 강도의 적어도 80%가 되는 비율로 존재하고-섬유는 염색조와 접촉되어 있는 조건하에서,(a) 염색성 폴리(m-페닐렌이소프탈아미드)섬유를 (1) 디메틸설폭시드, N-메틸피롤리돈 및 디메틸아세트 아미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 유기극성용제 팽윤제, (2) 팽율제를 용해함과 동시에 섬유의 열화를 방지하기 위해 적합한 불활성 희석제 및 (3) 염색조 용액에 용해된 섬유염색용 염료를 함유하는 염색조용액과 접촉시키는 단계와, (b) 섬유를 가열하여 이 섬유에 상기염료를 정착시키는 단계.
- 하기의 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리(m-페닐렌이소프탈아미드) 섬유의 연속염색방법.(1) 염색성 폴리(m-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드)섬유를 이 섬유를 팽윤시킴과 동시에 N-메틸피롤리돈, 디메틸 설폭시드 및 디메틸아세트아미드로부터 선택된 유기팽윤제에 용해된 염료 및 희석제의 고온용액과 접촉시키고, 희석제에 대한 팽윤제의 중량비는 약 70:30 내지 90:10이고, 용액의 온도는 약 140℉ 내지 약 200℉의 범위내로 유지하는 단계와;(2) 단계 (1)에서 처리된 섬유를 이 섬유에 상기 염료가 정착하기에 충분한 시간동안 주위 온도로 유지하는 단계와;(3) 섬유를 세척하여 잔여의 염료 및 유기팽윤제를 제거하는 단계와;(4) 섬유를 건조하는 단계.
- 제7항, 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 용액은 (4) 화염방지제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항, 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 희석제(2)는 물, 크실렌, 에틸렌글리코올, 저급알코올 및 4-부티로탁톤으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항, 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 염료(3)는 산염료, 매염제염료, 염기성염료, 직접염료, 분산염료 및 반응성 염료로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항, 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 단계(a)는 실온 내지 약 200℉까지의 온도 범위에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 염색 섬유의 강도는 비처리섬유강도의 적어도 90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항, 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 불활성 희석제(2)에 대한 팽윤제(1)의 중량비는 약 70:30 내지 약 90:10인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 팽윤제(1)은 디메틸설폭시드이고 희석제(2)는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항의 방법에 의해 염색된 폴리(m-페닐렌-이소프탈 아미드)섬유.
- 폴리(m-페닐렌이소프탈아미드)섬유를 염색하고, 충분히 탈취하고, 유기용제를 제거하여 파단강도가 당해 비염색 섬유의 적어도 80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 직조 또는 편직물.
- 폴리(m-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드)섬유가 제2항의 방법에 의해서 염색된 것을 특징으로 하는 극한 산소지수(ASTM D-2863-77)가 27이상인 직조 또는 편직물.
- 극한산소지수(ASTM D-2863-77)가 28 내지 45의 범위에 있는 염색된 폴리(m-페닐렌 이소프탈 아미드)섬유의 직조 또는 편직물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
