Claims (26)

  1. 섬유를 농색으로 염색하기에 충분한 양의 계면활성제를 함유함으로써, 담체부재하 통상의 후처리 공정 및 장치의 사용에 의해, 누적되는 세탁 수축에 대하여 안정화될 수 있는 배향된 거의 비결정형의 방향족 폴리아마이드 섬유.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리아마이가 200℃ 이상의 높은 2차 유리전이온도를 갖는 섬유.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리아마이가 폴리(메타-페닐렌 이소프탈아마이드)인 섬유.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 중성인 섬유.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 양이온성인 섬유.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 음이온성인 섬유.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 헥사데실트리메틸암모늄 클로라이드인 섬유.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 이소프로필암모늄 도데실벤젠설포네이트인 섬유.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유를 안정화시키기 위한 통상의 후처리 공정이 가압하 약 127℃의 온도에서 안정화 수조중에서 비결정형 섬유를 가열함으로써 결정화 시키는 것으로 이루어지는 섬유.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유를 안정화시키기 위한 통상의 후처리 공정이, 비결정형 섬유를 약 145℃의 온도에서 증기로 처리함으로써 결정화시키는 것으로 이루어지는 섬유.
  11. 섬유를 농색으로 염색하기에 충분한 양의 계면 활성제를 함유함으로써, 통상의 후처리 공정에 의해 결정화 시킴으로써 누적되는 세탁수축에 대하여 안정화될 수 있는 배향된 거의 비결정형의 방향족 폴리아마이드 섬유로 제조된 사.
  12. 제11항의 사로 형성된 직물.
  13. 섬유를 농색으로 염색하기에 충분한 양의 계면활성제를 함유함으로써, 가압하 130℃미만의 저온에서 통상의 장치를 사용하여 수성 염욕에서 섬유를 가열함으로써 통상의 후처리 공정에 의해, 누적되는 세탁 수축에 대하여 안정(여기에서, 그러한 안정성은 담체 부재하에 수득된다)화 될 수 있는, 배향된 거의 비결정형의 방향족 폴리아마이드 섬유.
  14. 섬유를 농색으로 염색하기에 충분한 양의 계면활성제를 함유함으로써, 가압하 150℃미만의 저온에서 통상의 장치를 사용하여 섬유를 증기로 처리함으로써 통상의 후처리 공정에 의해, 누적되는 세탁 수축에 대하여 안정(여기에서, 안정화는 담체부재하에 수득된다)화 될 수 있는, 배향된 거의 비결정형의 방향족 폴리아마이드 섬유.
  15. 섬유를 농색으로 염색하기에 충분한 양의 계면활성제를 함유함으로써, 가압하 130℃미만의 저온하 염료를 함유하는 수성 안정화 염욕중에서 비결정형 섬유를 가열하는 것으로 이루어진 통상의 후처리 공정에 의해, 누적되는 세탁 수축에 대하여 안정화 될 수 있고, 비결정형 섬유가 동시에 안정화되고 염색되는 배양된 거의 비결정형의 방향족폴리아마이드 섬유.
  16. 섬유를 농색으로 염색하기에 충분한 양의 계면활성제를 함유함으로써, 섬유를 염료로 스크린 날염한 다음 날염된 섬유를 가합하 150℃미만의 온도에서 증기로 처리하는 것으로 이루어진 통상의 후처리 공정에 의해, 누적되는 세탁 수축에 대하여 안정화될 수 있고 날염된 섬유가 안정화됨과 동시에 날염물이 고착되는, 배향된 거의 비결정형의 방향족 폴리아마이드섬유.
  17. 방향족 폴리아마이드 중합체 및 용매로된 용액을 방사구금에서 오리피스를 통하여 압출시켜 비결정형 섬유를 형성시킨 다음 비결정형 섬유를 추출수조에 이동, 접촉시켜 용매를 제거하는 동시에 섬유를 수팽윤시킨 후, 수팽윤 섬유를 계면활성제-함유 수용액과 접촉시킴으로써 수팽윤 섬유에 계면활성제를 흡수시켜, 누적되는 세탁 수축에 대하여 안정화될 수 있는 합성 섬유를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 섬유내에 계면활성제가 고농도로 흡수될때까지 수팽윤 섬유와 계면활성제-함유 용액을 계속 접촉시키고, 염료를 비결정형 섬유에 흡수시킨 다음 계면활성제를 섬유에 흡수시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 염료가 흡수시 류코 형태의 배트 염료이고, 염료를 퀴논 형태로 산화시킨 후 계면활성제를 섬유내에 흡수시키는 방법.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제 약 5내지 15중량%를 함유하는 섬유.
  20. 제13항에 있어서, 계면활성제 약 5내지 15중량%를 함유하는 섬유.
  21. 제14항에 있어서, 계면활성제 약 5내지 15중량%를 함유하는 섬유.
  22. 제15항에 있어서, 계면활성제 약 5내지 15중량%를 함유하는 섬유.
  23. 제16항에 있어서, 계면활성제 약 5내지 15중량%를 함유하는 섬유.
  24. 제17항에 있어서, 계면활성제 약 5내지 15중량%의 양으로 상기 섬유내에 흡수되는 방법.
  25. 약 5내지 15중량%의 계면활성제를 함유함으로써 담체 부재하 통상의 후처리 공정 및 통상의 장치의사용에 의해 누적되는 세탁수축에 대하여 안정화될 수 있는 배향된 거의 비결정형의 방향족폴리아마이드섬유.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 계면활성제를 약 7내지 15중량%의 양으로 함유하는 섬유.
